The front desk was very efficient and helpful. The linen was excellent and nice bed and pillow. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. I could hear everything next door and was woken up by the loud voices.

We have been avid Atour customers for some time now. This has by far been the least comfortable stays. The room we got looks straight into residential buildings with very little distance between us. We had to have our curtains closed constantly. There is no different from us staying in a no window room. Breakfast selection is also the worst of all of our Atour stays. Not much Western alternatives provided and dining area is a lot smaller than others. Not to mention, we paid almost twice of what we pay in other places. We do understand this is Beijing and it's close to the subway station, but it's really not worth it.

My room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the room facilities were all available. Moreover, the room also provides free wireless Internet, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world at any time. It is very close to the subway station and surrounded by many restaurants and entertainment facilities. It is very convenient to travel. All in all, this is a very recommendable hotel

Everytime recently for check in, the staff is very slow and inexperienced. Management needs to train them better. They don't understand the new visa rules, and it takes a long time to connect to WiFi. This is an international hotel, they need to fix this. Others hotels take 2 minutes to check in and get wifi working, but here it took us 40 minutes! It used to be so easy here but recently not good ...

We liked the location which is convenient to get around. It’s very close to Sanlitun which has many shops and places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we chose was a little small, maybe I would choose a bigger room next time.

Surprisingly, this very affordable hotel can complete my trip. With very affordable price, this hotel has such a high price to value ratio. Its location is golden, right in the center of cbd. It has a very complet gym and big indoor swimminh pool. Another plus of this hotel is its club rooms. They are located in higher floor so that they will have greater view compare to the other. The club rooms also allow me to check out at 4 PM (as long as condition permitted) I can not give it 5 score because many of its employees can not speak chinese. Only a few in front office can speal basic english. This hotel really need to step up its game since i saw many international visitors during my stay. This hotel also need to educate its laundry man. He need to know the politeness standard when he want to access international visitor room. I know he means well but the way he behave make me feel uncomfortable becaise i feel he is very weird.

Shanghai came to see Messi and Argentina. The location of the hotel is good. It only takes about ten minutes to walk from Chaoyangmen Subway Station. The decoration of the facilities can be seen to be the standard of more than ten years ago. It is definitely not good now. It should be better at that time. After all, it is listed as a five-star hotel. There, the standard should not be low either. The room is small, quite satisfactory, with no features or flaws. Ten minutes walk away from Gongti, the rooms facing north can still see Gongti, so it is a more economical and affordable place to stay if you come to Beijing as a foreigner to watch football in Gongti.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done daily to a high level. A few cons: - Very confusing location with another hotel with the exact same name about 20m away with a more obvious entrance. - the room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke especially in the bathroom - construction is happening 24/7 leading to difficult and interrupted sleep - room has lots of tech-based amenities which are difficult for non Chinese speakers to navigates (eg. Tablet to use lights and blinds)

I have no complaints about the hotel. It does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a budget city hotel, and its clean. The breakfast isn’t bad. Boiled noodles or wontons. Rice, eggs, and a few other bits and pieces. I had an issue with my Beijing health kit, and the staff were very good at helping me to clear it. It did take a whole day however, so I was effectively quarantined. I would say don’t bother with Beijing right now, until everything goes back to normal.

Stayed in the apartments of Jingguang for 4 nights. Apartment was good but didn't really use the apartment facilities (cooking washing machine etc), but seemed to be fitted out with all the basics. There was no washing up liquid or soap power that I could see - which you would definitely need. Bed was comfortable and the space had sufficient storage space. The shower was fitted over the bath and the shower head could have done with being decalcified as the jets were so fine they actually hurt if the water pressure was too high. Breakfast was fairly basic - with not much variety, but had a mix of Chinese and western. The hotel itself - lobby, lift entrance etc. , was quite lovely. The fish pond on the 40th floor at reception was also beautiful. The location itself was perfect, with lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. The views of the city from my 47th floor was amazing. An ideal location for a staycation or a weekend away.
