Beijing Chaoyang District 5-star Hotels

The room is the same as shown in the picture, with complete facilities and cleanliness. I forgot to take a shirt with me when I left the store. When I remembered it a few days later, I contacted Ctrip and the hotel. Express delivery to my address, thank you very much 🙏Thank you!

Surprisingly, this very affordable hotel can complete my trip. With very affordable price, this hotel has such a high price to value ratio. Its location is golden, right in the center of cbd. It has a very complet gym and big indoor swimminh pool. Another plus of this hotel is its club rooms. They are located in higher floor so that they will have greater view compare to the other. The club rooms also allow me to check out at 4 PM (as long as condition permitted) I can not give it 5 score because many of its employees can not speak chinese. Only a few in front office can speal basic english. This hotel really need to step up its game since i saw many international visitors during my stay. This hotel also need to educate its laundry man. He need to know the politeness standard when he want to access international visitor room. I know he means well but the way he behave make me feel uncomfortable becaise i feel he is very weird.

Didn’t like when I first checked in, haven’t touched my bed or anything but when I went out after checking in, there’s someone came in the room and “made the bed”, they put the pillows on the floor and touched the blanket. Which was scary at first as I’m not used to such service. The lady receptionists weren’t friendly at all, when I checked in and checked out, they just stood at the reception and talked to each other instead of welcoming guests. Especially when checking out, the attitude of them was bad.

Amazing! I am extremely happy with this hotel, and it has been the best so far. We will be back to stay again very soon. A++++ Very clean, amazing customer service and friendly helpful staff.

An amazing hotel. Hard to beat the quality of rooms, amenities, and food anywhere in the world. Great place and highly recommended. Great fitness center, pool, spa, sauna. Can't be beat. Breakfast is excellent.

Everything was good and up to expectations except there was a construction at the lake in the winter and the lake was drained and all muddy. And the hotel said they upgraded me for a lake view. I would thot they should be more aware of what was going on…..

I had a nice stay at NUO Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is really well decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The room was quite warm despite having the AC at the lowest setting, other than that my stay was perfect!

Great location, right by the metro entrance and 15 min walking distance from Sanlitun. The hotel is aging and the design is somewhat “depressing” and “soulless”, everything is dark and gloomy. There was no air in the room, I felt like I couldn’t breathe. For this price, I wouldn’t stay in Westin Chaoyang again.

It has been almost 5 years since I last visited Beijing, due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. In the years before the pandemic I would often stay at the Opposite House as it was in a great location, offered something different and was very relaxing. Being a bit sentimental and in need of a relaxing weekend, when faced with a reason to visit Beijing, my heart overruled my head and I ignored the price of the rooms and booked two nights. Walking in to the hotel it has slightly changed, the fantastic bar it had moving to where the reception used to be and a trendy Sichuan restaurant taking its place. The lobby is still stunning and immediately relaxes you into the feel of the hotel. Previously when I last stayed ,the staff while very friendly and efficient, but could come across a bit aloof. There is a noticeable difference now, there is a warmer approach, very friendly and eager to help, but not in an intrusive way. Vincent at the desk was especially helpful and friendly, arranging for some parcels to couriered for me. The rooms are still the same, which is great, large, comfortable, clean, minimal, with a great wide and deep bath. The free mini bar is well stocked and bed is large and comfortable. The new bar is very good, a different feeling to the old bar, however the service is still efficient and friendly, the environment relaxing and the Gin Batch, gin and tonics are wonderful. Overall a great and relaxing experience and I want to go back as soon as I can afford the time and cost. Jon
