Stayed in the apartments of Jingguang for 4 nights. Apartment was good but didn't really use the apartment facilities (cooking washing machine etc), but seemed to be fitted out with all the basics. There was no washing up liquid or soap power that I could see - which you would definitely need. Bed was comfortable and the space had sufficient storage space. The shower was fitted over the bath and the shower head could have done with being decalcified as the jets were so fine they actually hurt if the water pressure was too high. Breakfast was fairly basic - with not much variety, but had a mix of Chinese and western. The hotel itself - lobby, lift entrance etc. , was quite lovely. The fish pond on the 40th floor at reception was also beautiful. The location itself was perfect, with lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. The views of the city from my 47th floor was amazing. An ideal location for a staycation or a weekend away.

Visited on August 2023. Stayed for 4nights. Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby. Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed. Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English. Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside. Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.

The booked two-bedroom suite has a living room, a public bathroom and a private bathroom in the master bedroom. The private bathroom has a bathtub, which is suitable for family travel.

The condition of the apartments is poor. It used to be nice, but is now very worn out. The hall and corridors are in the same condition. Needs renovation. No one washes the glass, there is dirt on the floor. They clean every day, but also mediocre. There are only a few plates and chopsticks in the kitchen. There are not even basic utensils for cooking. We also had to buy sponges and dishwashing detergent. When we checked in, they stubbornly wanted to put us in another room, one of even lower quality and not the one we had booked. I will not stay here a second time and I do not recommend it to anyone.

It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

I came to Beijing for a business trip. The hotel booked by my company was much better than I expected. The location is good. It’s only a few minutes away from Metro Line 6. The hotel is very close to various visa places. The room is spacious and you can cook. What makes me most happy about doing laundry is that there is a sky garden on the fifth floor of the hotel. It's a bit like it. The oil paintings in the room are very tasteful, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows. In the afternoon, you open the curtains to let the sunlight in, play soothing light music, and quietly enjoy the afternoon. The key point is the staff at this hotel.
