We loved the facilities here! We booked a 3 night staycation for our family (2 year old and 3 month old). The staff was helpful and friendly and our 2 yo played and played and played. We loved it. No need to really leave the hotel except to eat across the street. We will likely go back in the future and explore more of the surrounding area once the kids a bit bigger.

The environment and building hardware are perfect, but the management and service software is terrible. I guess the management will not read every consumer's message carefully, but I still hope that the service in such a beautiful place can be improved! Facilities: 3 points. The wooden high and low mattresses are too hard, the air conditioner is too noisy, and the carpet smells musty! Hygiene: 2 points, the toiletries are too old, the towels are too yellow and the edges are not used, and there is lunch box garbage in the lobby! Environment: 5 points, beautiful taste, classic atmosphere! Service: 1 point. There is no standard in every service link, and every service staff lacks warmth. Breakfast: 0.5 points. It’s really not even comparable to the breakfast at an express hotel! [DIY] A set of hand-painted kites: 2 points, wholesale product; [Small train] 20-minute sightseeing tour by small train: 4 points worth it; [Entertainment] 1-hour parent-child riding (choose 1 from 2 children’s balance bikes/family double bikes): 3 points, average; Golf and equestrian: 0 points for using textual routines;

The Wyndham hotel was grand on entry as were many of the communal areas. Our room was of a good size with all the amenities, however, some of the furniture in our room was tired or needed attention, such as extra cleaning, dusting, windows needed addition wiping down and carpets also soft furniture would have benefitted from shampooing (as did the carpets in the dining and some communal areas). On occasions there was a distinct smell of smoke, near the air conditioning units also on towels, we were assured this was a non-smoking hotel. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice (Chinese and European dishes and beverages were available) and the presentation of this was creative. We also ate at the adjacent Ramada Restaurant on a couple of occasions, the environment was pleasant and food were nicely presented and tasty. In the Wyndham Hotel there were lots of facilities and amenities such as a gym, hairdressing, swimming pool, well-being centre and grounds to explore (some needed to be paid for). There was visible cleaning and up keeping going on around the hotel and it grounds. While not many staff spoke English all members of staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Members of staff who deserve recognition are: Steven W, Aurora L, Scott G, Emily L and, Bella W. Steven W, booked us into the hotel room, from the onset he was polite, helpful and remained professional throughout our stay. Steven advised us on a number of issues, Wi-fi, the hotel’s facilities, travel, local amenities and organised our taxis. No issue was a problem, of particular note was when our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay a few more days, he extended our stay duration in a calm and swift manner while we were somewhat agitated. Emily L, was friendly, polite, efficient and resourceful. Emily cleaned our room to script and kept it tidy, neat and replenished used items, she was quick to resolve problems, such as the lighting, faulty curtain rails and other issues. Scott G, offered additional advice and guidance on room booking and reservations. It was Steven W, who referred us to Scott. Aurora L, solved our internet access and, accommodation issues. Bella W, was particularly helpful and resourceful in organising our taxi to the airport when the taxi firm at the last minute decided not accept cash. Overall, the Wyndham Hotel North Beijing was a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again! Yvonne / UK

Environment: A strong Soviet-style garden style, the environment is elegant, especially suitable for relaxing. If Su is free to change into Hanfu and take photos, it will be special. Facilities: The interior decoration is also very elegant. It has the kind of combination of Chinese and Western styles that I like. Intelligent management can perfectly free your hands. It's great. Service: The service staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Knowing that I might arrive early and there was room available, they allowed me to check in early. When I checked out, the lady even thoughtfully gave me a small gift. The hotel breakfast is also very good. Although it is not big, there are many choices and the taste is great. There are three outdoor hot springs. It is my first time to experience outdoor hot springs in winter♨️The temperature of the hot springs can be adjusted, which is very comfortable.

Very satisfied with a hot spring trip. The design of the room is reasonable, and there is no problem living in a family of two or three. There is a TV in the living room, a projection in the master bedroom, and enough options for network TV programs. The design of the two hot spring pools is convenient to choose. The hot spring pool is filled with water quickly and the body is slippery after soaking. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one is online, and the breakfast is quite rich. Another bistro only opens at 1 pm, and I have the opportunity to try it again. The shower water temperature in the shower room is high and not very easy to adjust. The service is very good. If there is any demand, the butler group will reply quickly. Check out the store and remind you to bring a bottle of hot water, which makes people feel at home.
