Pullman Hotel is great, clean, staff can speak English well and very helpful. But I have bad experience with wifi in this hotel and I would like to remind all travellers from overseas that using wifi especially in 5 star hotels are dangerous that someone will try to hack you..better u have your own roaming private wifi from your own country. When I tried to connect wifi of Pullman I could get connected but it said no internet connection both to my iphone and android phone .. while there is nothing wrong at all with my phones. 2 hotel staffs were sent to my room but none of them can solve problem. My friend called me by whatsapp and my phone that is connected to hotel wifi without internet could rang (althought it said no internet) ..it proved a strange thing with hotel wifi.. Suddenly I got warning from google that some had my password tried to enter my account in Google .. but Google rejected it and I was requested to change password as soon as possible .. there are many IT criminals in China so all overseas travellers coming to China must be warned not to use hotel wifi

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

Very luxurious. The rooms are spacious yet comfortable, featuring soft yet supportive beds, plenty of space for luggage and a nice high-end bidet. The comprehensive voice control is definitely a nice modern touch. The decor is also well thought out and visually cohesive. The entrance is slightly unintuitive, but makes sense for the layout of the airport. The gift shop is beautifully set up and reasonably priced, matching prices with stores in the city. The service is exceptional - thanks Bob for your enthusiastic service in helping us take our luggage to the terminal. Overall, a fantastic hotel for the night before a flight from PKX.

They are enthusiastic but not overly enthusiastic, taking care of customers' needs and providing help in a timely and thoughtful manner. The location of the hotel is so closed to the MRT stat - 崇文门，the entrance/exit is just right in-front of the hotel! As it was off-peak season when we visited Beijing, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed. We really appreciate the kind act. While I was still at other part of China, I thought of ordering something online and use this hotel as the receiving end, I thought of just checking it out, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel does provide such service and the staff helpfully guided me on how to do so. After I checked into the hotel and gotten the item I ordered, a few days later, but sadly the item didn't suit me, the hotel again provides the service of allowing the courier staff to go to the counter to collect back the return item. I was amazed by the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times.

Stay away! The saving grace came from Trip.com which enabled me to terminate our booking without penalty. Awful garbage smell in the room. We checked in at 1am due to late flight arrival. Upon entering the room we we’re concerned about a strange smell in the room. We thought it would go away so we just opened the window. It was late we decided we would ignore the smell but by 6.30 am we couldn’t ignore the foul smell anymore. So we wrote to trip.com to terminate our booking. By 9am we’re ready to check out. At the checkout counter the staff was gracious and friendly and she said our booking was terminated at our request. Just too many faults with this hotel room. Chair needs to be replaced. It easily toppled backwards. Toilet door can’t completely closed. Not sufficient electrical outlets to plug your devices. Curtains are dirty. No hooks in toilet. Only positive staff was friendly.
