We stay at hanting many time we vusited china Overall ok and we like to stay in this hotel chain, but all the front desk staff couldn't speak english, so we had a hard time communicating. We had a bad experience when we stayed , one of the front desk (ms.lie fang fang) very harshly talked to my daughter while my daughter asked her how to take our package. When I reprimanded her, her say sorry and tried to give us a complimentary breakfast voucher and some coffee....we rejected it...because we don't need complimentary things like that we need her Hospitality like other Hanting hotel front desks we meet. The others very helpful.

The good things about this hotel are: 1. The rooms are relatively hygienic and clean. 2. The heating in the room is very sufficient and very warm. 3. A waitress in the breakfast room is very enthusiastic. The disadvantages are: 1. The hardware facilities are not good, the room is too small, and there is not much space after placing a large bed. 2. The bathroom is too small and it is difficult to turn around. 3. Even if the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation, the key is that the shower room does not even have a glass door and is covered with a curtain, which is too classy. The most important thing is that the water will overflow every time you take a shower, leaving you with no place to stand when washing or squatting!

As soon as I entered the lobby, I smelled a tea fragrance. I asked the front desk and said it was called Zen tea fragrance. It felt very good. The front desk service was very warm. The check-in was very fast. The self-service machine was convenient and fast. The robot would send things to the room. It was very interesting. Nongfu Spring's mineral water was free to drink. The small refrigerator in the room put a lot of water, the room is also very large, clean and comfortable, overall very satisfied, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, recommended 👍🏻

Loved our stay at this hotel for the Chinese new year Holiday. Nearly everyone at the front desk speaks English, they are very polite, friendly and helpful with anything. They're so kind it makes me want to stay again just because of the front desk haha. Apart from the staff, the room was beautiful, large, big bed, great bathtub, well maintained, stunning view and a very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need in terms of utensils. Gym is well equipped with technogym all though a bit small, but it has everything you need, very clean. Shame the pool wasn't open, so if you book hoping to swim, be sure to call and check if the pool has opened. For families with kids the location is perfect as it's in between multiple shopping malls and great indoor play places for kids, even has it's own mall attached to the hotel with a very cute play place on the third floor, if I remember correct. We tried a new place every day and they were all located within walking distance, happy Daughter! A play place called Mamatata is the only one I'd avoid if you want to shield your kids from nightmares, nasty zombies and skeletons growling are frequently appearing on the big screen. It's in a shopping mall on the opposite side of the road, one block away. Our Daughter cried her heart out because she got so scared when they suddenlt popped up, we had to leave as they didn't want to turn it off... Anyway, The play area they have for kids by the lobby could need some improvement, very cosy but many toys are broken etc. Deposit is high, 1000rmb a night, which is a little bit unnecessary I feel but it is what it is, you'll get it back if you don't break anything haha . We did break a glass though but they didn't want to charge us for that, very kind. I'd definitely come again!

I originally booked a deluxe double room, but there was something wrong with the door lock. Ms. Cao, the front desk staff, was very considerate and helped me adjust it. The furnishings, circulation and sense of space in the room are still very good. The internet speed is a little slow, but it is acceptable. The bed is more comfortable than expected. I thought it would be hard to the touch, but when I lay down, I found the mattress on the bed. The mattress was very comfortable. The room is also very quiet overall. Even if you sleep late during the day, there is no noise interference, which is really good. The only slight flaw is that the mirror in the bathroom does not have a separately designed makeup mirror. In a bathroom that is not too bright, it is really troublesome to put on makeup. I hope the hotel can make more improvements. Thank you also to Ms. Cao for your thoughtful help. Overall, the stay experience is great. I will choose to stay here again next time I travel for business.

I have stayed in many hostels, but this one has the best basic equipment and the price is not high. Since I arrived a little early, the six-person room I had planned for had not yet checked out, so I was upgraded to a room. The following review is based on the quadruple room I stayed in. There are two mirrors in the room, a full-length mirror and a makeup mirror! And no one has a big cupboard and a small cupboard on the bed. The internal toilet and shower are separate, with paper towels and shampoo and shower gel. The sheets and quilt covers are very clean without having to cover them yourself. The hair dryer, washing machine and gym are all on the second and a half floors. There seems to be a projection room upstairs. There are paper cups at the drinking area, and you can study and eat in the study room. There is a microwave. There are many restaurants at the door, including catering. The transportation is convenient, so it’s pretty good anyway. I also met a foreign brother~

The experience is good, there is a welcome drink that you can take for yourself, the customer will be asked which floor they prefer, and will be prompted on which floor can be washed. There are carbonated drinks in the room, and two sizes of bottled water. The check-out time can be coordinated. There are urban forest parks and Chaoyang in the surrounding area. Sports center, next door to convenience store and Yoshinoya, 910 guests

Though the surrounding area of the hotel is under construction, it was still a pretty convenient area to stay in. It is in close proximity to the malls, restaurants, and hangout spots. The staff knew enough English to help with some requests. They were very prompt and always available to assist.

I was very impressed and made to feel welcome. Excellent location. Also directly connected to Lawson convenience store. Cleanliness and comfort in room. Breakfast selection was great, a mix of Chinese and Western foods. Staff were friendly and professional, I felt like they cared. The room seemed very sound proofed. Perhaps the bed was just a little too firm but that’s personal preference.

The subway is just downstairs from the hotel! Really downstairs! Right outside the door is the subway entrance! Huge, huge, huge convenience! ! ! The tourist attractions in Beijing are very large, so you need to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. If you are tired, you can reach your hotel right after you get off the subway. This is great! There are Juewei Duck Neck and convenience stores nearby.
