"Our stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa was truly worth it. The food was consistently good, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning—you’ll definitely leave full because everything they prepare is delicious.
We would like to commend Essa from reception, who was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a great room location that was conveniently near the beachfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we checked the room, we noticed a minor issue with the cabinet door of the fridge, but maintenance fixed it right away, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was clean, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even those you simply pass by. Special mention to Dannah, who was very jolly and kind—she really made a positive impression on us.
Overall, our 4-night stay was amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Highly recommended hotel!"

"We booked a family room for this trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it perfect for our group. One thing we really appreciated was the superb and stable Wi-Fi connection—definitely a big plus, especially for staying connected during the trip.
The location is also a huge advantage—it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super accessible and convenient for quick trips back and forth.
Another highlight was the availability of free drinking water along the hallway, which was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water outside.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. There was no safety vault in the room, and the bathroom doorknob seemed quite old and was a bit difficult to lock. Also, there were no complimentary coffee or beverages provided in the room.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"My stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services."

"This hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation since it’s located along the roadside rather than beachfront. The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay."

"This hotel is located in S1. I took a tuk-tuk from near S2 to the hotel, which took less than 20 minutes. Locals might pay 20-30 pesos, but the driver charged me 50 pesos, perhaps because I had a suitcase or I'm a foreigner. For first-time visitors to Boracay, this hotel isn't in the bustling commercial area, but for those on a vacation, its location is excellent.
First, the hotel is situated within a large shopping complex. On B1, there's a Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy plenty of food, drinks, and daily necessities. There's also a visa extension office; I saw some online comments about people extending their stay there. The complex also has several restaurants that are much more affordable than those near D'Mall.
Second, taking a shortcut behind the hotel, you can reach S1 beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. It's close to Diniwid Beach, and you can walk to a popular photo spot and Willy's Rock. You can also find activities like sunset sailing on the beach. The water here is more expansive than S2, and the sand is finer.
The hotel provides two bath towels daily, which you can take out using a card. Since I didn't stay on the beach for long, I didn't use this amenity. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to different beaches, but you need to book in advance, so I didn't use that either. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. Each floor has purified water, and rooms have large reusable bottles for refilling.
The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony where I could hang swimwear to dry. My room faced the street, so it wasn't as quiet as it could be, but I'm a good sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Check-in took a bit longer, as there were many documents to sign and a deposit was required, which could be paid by credit card."

"The hotel's interior and rooms were spotless, but the pool wasn't quite as pristine as I've experienced elsewhere, like Crystal Sands. What really surprised me, though, was that I always travel with my own filtered shower head, and this is the first hotel in Southeast Asia where the filter remained completely clean and unchanged!
The hotel's location is fantastic. The restaurant opens right onto White Beach, and this particular stretch has very little green algae. You can walk quite a way into the sea before encountering any, so the photos were all taken right outside the hotel. Staying here, there's no need to visit Puka Beach or venture out for island hopping. While it's a bit of a distance from the main dining areas on the island, transportation is super affordable; a trike ride is only 15-20 pesos per person, which is a steal. Plus, if you walk about 300 meters southeast from the hotel's roadside entrance, there's an amazing barbecue restaurant that's also very reasonably priced.
Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I unfortunately experienced some blatant discrimination during dinner at the hotel. One particular staff member was incredibly deferential towards white guests. When we sat down and tried to get his attention, he indicated he needed to serve the white table first. Later, when we were ready to pay, another white table called him over, and he immediately left us waiting to finish serving them before returning to process our bill. There were no 'sorry's, no 'hello's, no basic courtesies whatsoever. I want to clarify that we are always polite guests; we tipped the luggage handlers, housekeeping, and massage ladies, so we're not ones to nitpick. This particular staff member wore a different uniform than the others – black – so I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something else. From check-in to check-out, all the other staff were incredibly friendly, and we reciprocated, but he was the sole exception."

"The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had
I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Our company booked six rooms for a team-building trip. Since our staff were arriving at different times, we registered five different employee names so each person could check in when they arrived.
However, when we arrived at the resort, the staff said that all six rooms were somehow registered under the first name from Room 1, and they refused to let anyone check in unless that specific person arrived first.
This made absolutely no sense.
The person who paid for the booking was present, and we clearly showed the Trip.com app, the official voucher, and the names of all employees staying in the rooms. Despite all of this, the staff repeatedly said check-in was impossible.
What makes this even worse is that there was absolutely no notice anywhere saying that the first guest must arrive before anyone else can check in. Instead of helping us solve the problem, the staff simply told us to wait in the lobby indefinitely with no solution.
I have lived in the Philippines for many years and have stayed many times at resorts in Bohol and Boracay, including several Henann Resorts. I have also traveled to many countries. However, I have never experienced such rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional service.
To make matters worse, no manager came out to assist us, even after we asked multiple times. For a resort that claims to offer quality hospitality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly below even a one-star standard.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their booking policies before staying here."

Iit’sJPMe and my partner had an amazing stay with Mandarin Island Hotel. Everything stood out. Shortly after arriving at the property, we were greeted by warm and lovely employees. Welcomed like a family. They’re very attentive to evrything that you need. Complimentary Asian and Western breakfast buffet was the best. Also, the property is located to almost everything. From local restaurants, bars and especially it’s a beach front hotel. Would love to stay here again in the future.

They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

BBeggieShore Time Hotel has a fantastic central location—you only need to cross the street to reach White Beach, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is small but comfortable, and all the staff, especially the housekeeping team, work very hard and are friendly.
With a few small updates in painting and decoration, the hotel could look even better. The green wall color feels a bit too strong, and some decorations seem outdated.
One small surprise was the restaurant downstairs. I was charged 250 pesos for a simple takeaway mango smoothie, which felt a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and with a few minor improvements it could easily be a better experience.

While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. MMatthew BerridgeThis resort is absolutely beautiful! The private beach and the various swimming pool areas are lovely to recharge at. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast buffet is well worth going for. It is also situated not too far away from the main Boracay centre, just a 10 min tuk tuk journey. All the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful towards us during our 2 week stay. The room was spacious and well functioning with a large smart TV and a nicely designed bathroom. I would definitely recommend coming here!

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

EErenea CalapeWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy our trip. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

AAaliya_13The staff was excellent and helpful. I wasn’t charged any additional fees for the gym and was upgraded to a better room with a balcony and a bathtub. Laundry service was excellent and the views were great. The hotel in on station 3 so it’s not too crowded by surrounded by everything you need.
Additionally I used the spa twice and it was great. I also got my nails done there and the technician did a great job. Highly Recommend 👍🏻

GGigilin0619The environment was comfortable and the service was excellent. They even provided lounge chairs on the beach. Overall, it was super relaxing. They also offer meals, so you can pay to have dinner there.
