Our arrival at City’s Hill wasn’t the best, the check in time was 2pm which Love Holidays failed to mention not great when we arrived at 6am after an exhausting night flight. The senior receptionist Dideem came to our rescue. As soon as a room became free after cleaning. Not only that we were upgraded to a family room with the best view of Kusadasi bay. Since getting our room everything has been exceptional, the hotel cleanliness, food, drinks, entertainment and the facilities around the pool. It would not be fair not to mention Hakan the food and beverage Manager and his team for making all guests very welcome for every meal. The selection of food was well balanced and clearly catered to all nationalities tastes. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right but City’s Hill deserve their 5/5!! Well done!!!

Where to begin - 10 amazing days made special by Charisma and her crew, (especially young Humeyra) who although some of their English wasn’t great, couldn’t do enough to try and please us. The Aegean view all around us crashing and sparkling, our room with glass walls on two sides so we felt like we were at sea. The food: traditional hand made flat bread being rolled out every morning on the terrace, fresh honeycomb and creamy home made yogurt with breakfast, then fresh hand made pasta hanging waiting to be cooked for dinner… live mellow guitar music and romantic singing at night in the warm air on the terrace with the red sun hanging low in the sky. Fabulous 30m pool always warm, always nearly empty for great length swimming, local mountain bikes to hire for long rides to Ephesus and the National park nearby. Massage and wonderful hydrofacials at the spa - not expensive and very professional and easily available (thanks Dilek!) Only things I can think of to balance this would be: let’s get some English tv channels? Let’s get some better quality mocktails and zero alcohol for the non drinkers amongst us please? We will of course be coming back!

We had excellent 7 nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and quite large, you could put your stuff in the closet and you had a lot of room left. It had a refrigerator, an electric tea pot to boil water, some free tea, coffee, water and juice. The breakfast was excellent, served on the rooftop of the hotel. Also you could order lunch at the pool and was served by a very friendly staff. The location can't be beat as the strait in the center of the city. There was parking in front of the hotel and in the underground parking, which was really helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. We also loved the rooftop pool and the sunbeds. The view is amazing form the pool and also from the rooms. Would definitely return, as a third time :)

I went to this hotel because of my job. I was very pleased to have my first visit. Staff also helped in everything. The hotel is in a marine position and has a very beautiful marine view. The centre is 2 minutes away. I certainly recommend the Çapa Balik restaurant inside the hotel I went to dinner. Fish and grassroots are fresh and very tasty. About the place of the situation I can't say anything, we didn't interest the sea, the view from the balcony on it is chic, and as on the beach get and what there, I don't know. They arrived early at 10, set up bracelets dressed, the room is beautiful, even for the third member of the family their small bedroom separate, the elevators of the carpet, the purity, everything is except the coats. Food nonostops, I don't know what isn't, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is full, always add, fruit vegetables, garniers. Fresh-fat with fruit, at the pool all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets, bars everywhere, all with a smile, come still, no queues, tables clean at once, guests here are happy, attitude is very pleasant, remained very satisfied. The pocket with rollers for children and a water complex for kids is excellent! Staff is always present, children are very closely monitored.

We have just spent 2 nights in this Hotel. The room was a little small but perfectly clean with full ensuite facility. We would advise asking for a twin room. The position was great for exploring Kusadasi and there was free parking all round the hotel. (Ask the management to reserve you a space). The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was as good as any in a 5 Star hotel. I counted 15 different delicacies plus coffee or tea plus bread. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked an ordinary room for 11 nights, from 24th January to 4th February 2024. The hotel was quite busy for the winter period. They offered us a sea view room as soon as one became available. It was very kind of them as the view was amazing and just lovely to wake up with such a beautiful view every morning. The staff was very professional and friendly at the same time, giving 100 percent and doing their best to meet everyone's expectations. The food was great, actually it was the best food we ever had in a hotel. Just want to say Thank you Korumar, will be back soon 🙏 😊
