Kustur Club Holiday Village - All Inclusive

Kustur club holiday village, what a place to visit, leave the stress of home behind, relax and have fun! I have been visiting this hotel for over 15 years and find myself returning twice a year both in June and October each time. If you travelling as a couple or a family, this place will tick all the boxes. The facilities here are in abundance, kids club, pools, beach, food! You name it they have it. All staff are kind, friendly and attentive. Having travelled all over the world, believe me, not many places meet their standards. When it comes to the children, they could not be any better, weather it’s the bar staff, waiters or animation team they all go the extra mile to make sure your holiday is what it should be… amazing! A huge shout out to Jimmy, Sarah and Amelia for their hard work, social friendliness and ensuring everyone has something on offer to be a part of. Pool games all day, shows in the evening, it is all 10/10 If you see any negative reviews, IGNORE THEM. They will be reviews by the typical people who want EXACTLY what they have at home and want it there and then. If you get the chance, visit this place, you will not be disappointed!

I have very mixed views of this hotel. Let me start with the good, beautiful grounds that are well maintained and the food in the buffet restaurant was very good for an all inclusive resort. The man that puts the sunbeds out in the morning down at the beach, and then puts them away at the end of the day deserves a pay rise and medal!! He works the hardest I have ever seen anyone work! He couldn’t understand English very well but tried to understand me when I spoke to him. He was lovely. Sadly he was the exception when it came to great staff. I went to reception on our second day to explain that our balcony door had been left open by the cleaner and I was met with a very sarcastic rude receptionist. She told me the resort was safe and they have cameras. I told her I was pleased the resort was safe but would prefer that the cleaner lock the balcony door. She said she would mention it to the cleaner but didn’t even ask what room I was in! I asked her if she was even bothered and she muttered something in Turkish to her colleague. I was furious and told her she was very rude. Instead I managed to write a note (with the help of google translate) to the cleaner asking her to lock the balcony after cleaning it. I was often at the beach early in the morning and looked forward to the beach bar opening to get a coffee or soft drink. I noticed on a few occasions queues were long but didn’t pay it any attention. I went to the bar and the young man who was supposed to be serving was in the back ‘cleaning’. I waited a few minutes as he had turned to see me but he carried on out the back. I politely said ‘excuse me’ a few times to attract his attention but he ignored me. Two other ladies behind me also called him. After waiting for about 6-7 minutes a Turkish man spoke to him and he immediately came out to serve the women who were waiting. This man who spoke to him didn’t speak any louder than I had yet the bar man listened and came out. I was furious. Clearly this was a sexist mysoginistic man who would not be asked to do his job by women! He slammed my drink down and didn’t say a word. He was the most rude person I have met. I noticed he did the same thing later that day and only served guests when a man called him! The food in the restaurant was really good for a buffet but the head chef and restaurant manager need to learn to keep their leering and smutty remarks about guests to themselves. I watched them repeatedly ogle women dressed in tight clothes or short skirts who were very attractive. They even pointed at women and smirked to each other. It was disgusting behaviour for any staff to do, let alone senior staff! Honestly the customer service was appalling. I have never stayed anywhere like it. The beach is not great but not the worst but the sunbeds are packed together tightly which isn’t great, especially with smokers around. Stray dogs are a huge issue and often poor dogs would congregate at the beach. They are not treated well and it was

Where to start? This has been the BEST holiday I have ever been on… and I’ve been on a fair few. Absolutely exquisite. The staff, the food and accommodation. All five fat stars. A special mention to Sarah and Amelia who were extra talented and helpful - supported me throughout my trip, ensuring I had a special time. Without you both I wouldn’t have known where I stand in life or my time. Without the entertainment crew. I dunno what we would do with the 24 hours a day without Sarah & Amelia! Go team x Clear skies and beautiful scenery - always plenty of room at the pool area with loads of tables for service. A real treat… if you pardon the pun. We had an amazing week at kustur. Everything was amazing the rooms were kept lovely and clean and the food in restaurant was lovely and had a great variety each day. not forgetting the animation team who made out holiday extra special. the daily activities and evening shows especially were amazing. Special shout-out to Sarah, Amelia, Jimmy and the rest of the team who made us feel welcome from the moment we got here. we will defo be back

My husband needed a relaxing place in the sun. We asked TUI vacations for help and found The Kuster Club in Kusadasi, Turkey. This was perfect for us !! We chose the all inclusive plan. We had an amazing two weeks due to the attention to detail of every employee at this club. The landscaping, the beach and the sparkling clean swimming pools were immaculate. Our room was superior! The buffets for each meal surpassed the previous one. So many delicious choices always beautifully presented!! As well there was nightly enthusiastic entertainment ! All this was topped by the helpful friendliness each staff member. I appreciate each waiter and cook! As a special mention I thank Devrim, manager of guest services, Murat, main gate security, Busra and Esme from the front desk reception and also Semanur the local TUI representative. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We have just returned from our first visit to Kustur Club. It was a pleasant time but not sure we would rush back. We booked a standard room which in our eyes was way below standard. My first impression was “what have we come to?” I wanted to return home immediately. Who puts carpet on a bedroom floor which has many occupants passing through? It was so 1980s and needs addressing. The room was extremely dated and rather depressing.? We managed to move rooms, albeit at a cost to us! But had to be done. The hotel is very clean in general. The proximity to the beach is spot on, may not be so if you’re really tall walking through the subway 😂. We spent most days on the beach and escaped the noise from around the pool, plus the sea was far warmer! The food was never “hot” which is a little disappointing but there was always great choice - the grill was good. The desserts always looked colourful but lacked flavour, but the fresh fruits were great. People have commented about the animation team which I have to agree were good what we saw, without that there isn’t much else happening. Maybe it was because the hotel closes next weekend but we thought it all could be better! The staff numbers appeared to be dwindling daily. Lack of communication about what is still open is poor, we only found out that the Panorama restaurant was still open by chance. We went on our last night and the experience was good but it could be better considering the extra charge that is incurred! We often sat in the Bar near the quiet pool but the barman isn’t the most friendly person and gave no warning that he was closing and leaving us sitting in darkness 🙈 The ice cream parlour is also situated at this bar but you wouldn’t know this as it isn’t publicised. The holiday was a good time for relaxing but Kustur is not somewhere we would choose again in s hurry!

Second time we have visted this year and would 100% recommend absolutely beautiful place amazing location for the whole family. Entertainment team are great all so helpful and always trying to get everyone involved we got involved with so much and thr kids loved the mini disco so great with the kids especially sarah,jimmy and amelia but all a great bunch. Hotel is beautiful and so many choices to eat and drink. Definitely be back again 😊

This was my first time abroad and stayed at the kustur club, the experience has been amazing throughout the day with the entertainment crew constantly trying to get people involved with activities and engaging in conversation. The evening entertainment shows are brilliant with some interactive shows that myself got involved with giving everyone a good laugh, then other shows like the fire dance and Colombian dances. The cleaning service is amazing, my room was cleaned everyday without fail. The food at the restaurant is really nice and the waiters working very hard to keep the tables clear and tidy, always coming over to have a laugh with the little ones. The hotel is really clean and the staff and entertainment crew is lovely. Looking forward to come back in the next season
