DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING IN THIS HOTEL.... Don't fall for the fake positive reviews on Google.... This is by far the worst "4-Star Hotel" I have ever visited.... We had planned a 2 day stay here but decided to check out and move to another hotel the very 1st day.... We could adjust with the broken shower head, no working intercomm, non working locks, No service staff to help with laguage and non working fridge but what pushed us over the edge was NO HOT WATER ... How was I supposed to give my kid a bath in freezing cold water after a cold day. Just Stay Away from this No Star Hotel

If it was possible to give no stars to this hotel I would. Stayed for two nights and was moved to a different hotel after contacting the travel agent. The hotel room we were given was absolutely disgusting. Extremely unhygienic with dust, dirt and hair all over the room. Beds that are uncomfortable with one flat pillow and a itchy blanket to cover yourself with. Needless to say we slept with clothes on. Add to that a filthy bathroom and shower with mould and cracks in the tiling along with no hot water. But that was easily topped though by the sight of excrement on the toilet brush🤢 The late night check in should have been a warning as to the standards set in the hotel as we were greeted at reception by two men with no uniforms sitting with heavy coats on in front of a electric fire. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, but honestly, I'd rather pitch a tent on the beach than stay there again.

Good location You can see the sea with big ship from balcony Nice staff also They have outdoor swimming pool and outdoor terrace facing through the sea Rooms are clean and size are relative small Breakfast so so, not bad with some variation of food Have a pleasant stay here

It was like entering a horror film, dirty and smelly rooms, dirty and holey sheets, toilets in terrible clean conditions and not working. Not having the possibility to leave (group trip) we remained dressed without lying down on the bed, basically we didn't sleep. Luckily it was only for one night. It's best to overlook the cuisine, we ran away and ate in a restaurant on the port. Don't go there.

Very poorly maintained, excessive dirt, food to avoid, toilet drain that flows continuously, shower head full of mould. It would have to be reported to the Ministry of Health. Outrageous. Unfortunately I can't post the sewage smell coming from the shower drain.

I have never seen a worse hotel in my life. I don't understand how it was given four stars or how it protects itself. I am from the industry, I know the workings of the hotel very well. There is not a single person on our tour bus who does not complain about the hotel. First of all, the hotel has nothing to do with the photos. The rooms are incredibly small, nothing works (minibar, air conditioner, TV, etc.), it is also a filthy dirty place and we stayed for 3 nights and they did not even come to clean it, which was already dirty when we got the first room. Sea water flows from the fountain in a disgusting way and it is not possible to adjust hot and cold settings in the bathroom. It flows as it wishes and it does not flow enough to wet you, and the shower heads are in terrible condition. There is nothing in the way of breakfast, they decided to put cheese on it, dinner is different (good if you like herb). Do not hesitate to say 100 TL per person, there is no need, if you are going to come via the door entrance, check the room first and then pay, so that you do not lose your money……

The hotel is extremely excellent, the service is very good, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, we were very pleased and the food at the hotel's restaurant is superb. I would definitely recommend you to try fish and shrimp when you come to the hotel.

Beyond awful. It has nothing to do with the comfort and class definitions in its name. Hygiene is zero, the room smells like sewage. When you want to wash your face, you cannot approach the sink because of the smell. The room is being woven. The elevator is without air conditioning. Did we provide breakfast in it? Have a snack outside, believe me, it will be amazing. There is nothing that can be defeated. There is no attendant anyway! We were shocked when we saw the pool and its surroundings in daylight. It is impossible for you not to get sick. Stay away
