Kustur Club Holiday Village - All Inclusive

We arrived after been travelling since 6am so really tired, arrived at 8.30pm then on arrival we were asked to produce our voucher, we had never received a voucher or any correspondence regarding a voucher. The chap on reception, who spoke very little English, was very pleasant but we were going back and forth trying to understand what the voucher was for. The guy could find us on the system but still said we needed a voucher, in the end he said we must come back and speak to reception and see our TUI rep tomorrow morning, it took for ages and by which point we missed dinner and were offered a cheese sandwich instead - really not the greatest of starts or welcome we’d been expecting. The key didn’t work either. There was a quick show of the map and that was it. The room was lovely, clean and big but very noisy as we near to the amphitheater. The next morning off we went to see the TUI rep and apparently there was never a voucher needed and it was because the chap couldn’t find us on the system - rubbish he had all our details. The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7.30 - 8 so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. The pools were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean, plenty of beds all day. We did the a la carte Italian in the restaurant overlooking the sea and it was beautiful- very windy so top tip in September take a cardi and a hair bobble to tie hair back. Very easy to get to Kusadasi which was €7 in a taxi and less than 10 mins away - we tried the Dolmus bus but never again we were squeezed in and it’s very hilly to get to town so we’re getting thrown all over - I’d much rather a taxi! There are very few English, lots from Poland, Germany and Belgium. The entertainment team are fabulous and honestly a real asset to this hotel, the balance was just right and we loved the aqua aerobics twice a day! All in all a lovely holiday just wish the little hiccup at the start didnt happen.

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere. But the absolute highlight for me was the entertainment team. They put in so much effort every single day to keep everyone happy and having fun, from games and activities during the day to the brilliant shows at night. I want to give a special mention to Zoe – she’s full of energy, always so friendly, and an incredible dancer in the evening shows. She really stood out and made the whole holiday even more enjoyable.

This is like our home. I’ve been here since I was a kid. I’m 46 now and still I feel like I’m 6. This is the best place for a family. Everything is under control, secure and great staff. I also want to sent best loves and hugs to Ada Cafe staff. Melda, Öznur and Aysima. They are the best with helpful attitude, friendly behavior and smile. Keep it going.

Absolutely lovely hotel with the most amazing entertainment team! They’re so lively and really keep the vibes up all day long!!! Zoe and Buse are the sweetest chattiest girls ever and so easy to get along with!!! Deffo recommend x

It is sooo fun here, the good is good, the rooms are clean, the swimmingpool is awesome and the entertainment is the best. Everything is just cozy and good enough. I loved doing zumba with zoe!! I’ll come back next year with more friends. The cocktails are also good. Thank you:)

Our stay at Kusadasi Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. We especially want to highlight Jason from the animation team — he was amazing! Very friendly, always smiling, and a true professional. Thanks to him, our days were full of fun and our evenings full of joy. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffee aerobics and the evening dances — it was such a great experience! This hotel is perfect for those who want to combine relaxing comfort with fun activities. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable vacation — we will definitely come back!
