Tusan Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the kitchen staff (especially Jakub) offered us delicious food, but the "Tusan Beach Resort" would be nothing without the entertainers! They made our stay special. Koko (Ahat) and Mustafa really made us have a great time, making us feel at home. Very friendly people and they are the ones who made Kuşadası unforgettable. We will only go back if they are there too.

We stayed in this resort 4 nights , I was never bored . It is obviously a busy place . It can be the location right on the beach or the bay it is located in is very conserved. Little pebble stones hurt in the beginning but worth the sandy aquarium-like sea after. By the way I found a necklace, a bracelet , 20 Turkish liras and a few hair ties in the sea just diving close to shore ! I got gifts from Atlantis :))). We took beautiful family videos . Rooms were spacious and clean always. Kitchen is local and never boring diners . Everyday new dish is served so not boring especially daring dairy and cake desserts. Entertainment team was so sincere and on duty all time. We danced and played games with animation team. Coco, ASU and Tendai did really everything to accommodate my family. They are the bests ! Finally I had to stop at disco bar right on corner at night. Omg ! Dj Eren played every Turkish or English songs that I can wish to dance. Unfortunately there were not many at disco but I had good drinks to dance a few hours rbybthe beautiful Aegean Sea ! Thanks !

We are here now, kids love the entertainment specially Mona, she is so lovely and friendly makes you feel really comfortable. Food is ok, something different everyday, a little dark but does the job. So many different pools always something to do. Bedrooms are standard - air con works that's what's most important!

We are coming here almost every year still not getiing bored cuz always no disapointed about the hotel staff very helpfull and you can see they are working so hard and they keep smiling being nice to you almost everything is perfect thanks to all departments as we alive we would like to come again

We visited Tuscan beach resort from 22nd May 2024- 27th May 2024. We had a land view room which I was sceptical about but when we arrived the view still had a beautiful view of the sea from the beach. The rooms were tidy and spacious and a travel cot was provided for my son. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond ! They really are amazing ! Especially,the reception staff and entertainment staff (Rio in particular) and many other names that I can not remember. There are various activities for kids ! My son is 22 months old and very active and was entertained soo much. They have kids mini disco at 9pm each night, we took part in bingo on one night and dancers each night. There are 2 different pools for adults and kids outside, 1 indoor pool for adults and kids which was heated and a really beautiful kids pool. The beach is located on the hotel grounds which is soo useful, especially when you have kids. It is nice and Sandy and very spacious so overcrowding it not common. They also have a playground on the hotel grounds which my son loved but could do with a little bit of a repair. There is a shop which sells general items on site, as well as other shops if you did not want to go into town. The location is about a 10 minute taxi journey to town centre where you can shop,which costs no more than £5 in British sterling. We done all inclusive and ate at the buffet every night except 1. The food is fresh and delicious for lunch and dinner in particular. Breakfast wasn't as great admittedly it could do with a little improvement but I happily overlooked this due to the fact everything else was perfect. There are a lot of reviews slandering the food but I would ask people to open themselves to Turkish culture. You shouldn't visit a foreign country and expect the same dishes you would find in the UK, the whole point of being abroad is to adopt the culture of the country your in. As someone who is half Turkish and my partner being full Caribbean he very much enjoyed the Turkish dishes that the hotel provided. They do also provide things like rice and chips. Every night the chef outside and inside cooked various different meats and seafood fresh Infront of you which was delicious. The cocktail menu is limited but they are nice and you can request your own alcohol + spirit that you enjoy. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive and come to your service once seated very quickly. I will say please be aware this may vary, as from the 25th May school holidays began and so it was much busier which meant staff were attending to many more people and we was now queuing for food and drinks. None the less, the service was still extremely excellent. The outside cafe by pool was delicious and serves various snacks such as burgers and chips/pizza/sandwiches. This is not a 5 * Hotel Hotel is very clean / spotless. Beach & pool clean and organised. 4th visit to this hotel last visit 2019 Bed hard as the floor. Sheets bobbly snd rough. Not cotton but polyester…horrible to sleep on. FOOD is terrible..fruit not fresh, breakfast cereals stale, went all inclusive very disappointed that we had to eat in town on several occasions as simply could not stand the slop presented every day. Restaurants each commented Tusan know their food is awful but don’t care Staff all seem miserable…3 weeks into the summer opening and everyone appeared fed up. Would not stay here again. The food is a total let down Local drinks ok…referred to by the staff as free!!! We have paid upfront sadly they don’t recognise this. All inclusive ice-cream only available in a 2hr window 3.30-5.30pm Cafe burgers and chicken sandwich dry and tasteless…burgers are very soft odd texture. The cat loved it though !!
