It's an all in resort. Parking is free. Security at gate. Food is good. Except indoor pool closes early.

Found this to be a lovely hotel , from friendly reception staff to a great location . Good move to pay for upgrade to a sea view on arrival , room spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided , disappointing mini fridge only stocked once per stay with cola Fanta lemonade but all inclusive and could take drinks to room if needed Buffet style food always something to eat , salad , soup ,cold , hot and a variety of desserts , Turkish delight at breakfast , coffee & cake at 5 pm , plenty of bars outside near pool , beach a bit disappointing just 2 sun bed depth and beds always occupied from 7 am by the towel ! Taxi available from reception to Kusadasi lovely day out £16 euro return On the whole a lovely Turkish holiday experience

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. There are some really lovely aspects, but also areas that definitely need improvement. The Good: The lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression. The cats around the hotel are very friendly and add a nice charm. The beach is stunning, well-kept, and clean. Although a few sunbeds were broken, staff were quick to replace them, and there was no sense of “sunbed wars.” Towels on the beach needed to be down early, around 7am, but by the pool there were always beds available throughout the day. The entertainment team deserves credit, as both the daytime pool activities and evening shows were great. Food was decent. It’s not gourmet, but it’s perfectly fine if you’re not too picky. I have a diagnosed stomach condition and had no issues at all. The outdoor kebabs were particularly good, though the buffet can get a little repetitive. The pool viewing windows were also a fun touch. Staff were excellent overall. Almost all were very friendly, spoke multiple languages including English, and really made the effort. Cleanliness was noticeably stepped up during our stay, with attendants always present at most toilets except the beach ones. Turkey have poor plumbing as a country so I think it is unfair to speak about drain smells. They had 4 shops on site that were fairly priced and staff were very friendly. The bag shop is very good quality, we found the confidence shop to be very fairly priced. The Not-So-Good: The hotel does seem to overbook at times. During our stay a wedding took over the entire downstairs area, leaving one less bar for guests. Unfortunately, wedding guests also used the main cocktail bar, which created long waits and no evening seating. Many of us ended up sitting on poolside sunbeds. Drinks were very strong. While that might appeal to some, slightly bigger cups would help balance things out. The beds are extremely hard to the point of being uncomfortable and causing aches, and this really needs addressing. Housekeeping was poor. A spilled drink on my pillow went unchanged for four days until I left the pillowcase out myself. Water wasn’t replenished regularly, the mirrors were never cleaned, and aside from the floors being mopped, the service felt minimal. Mosquitoes are an issue, but that’s typical for a hot country. The hotel does spray the chairs, which helps. The hotel is a bit outdated in places, though you can tell they are trying to improve after past negative reviews. Overall: This hotel has a lot going for it: a lovely beach, great entertainment, friendly staff, and plenty of effort being made to keep things clean and enjoyable. However, it’s let down by some basics, like the rock-hard beds and inconsistent housekeeping. With some updates and better management of events, it could be fantastic.

Family of 4, just returned from a 7 night visit to Tusan Beach Resort. Having seen an influx of negative reviews prior to our visit, I wanted to share my experience. Firstly given all of the recent negativity I was nervous and apprehensive about the trip, even messaging Jet2 ahead of the visit to see about changing hotels! I want to be comprehensive, fair and honest in my review, and try to address some of the common themes mentioned in other reviews. I will start by saying the resort isn't amazing, but it's not as bad as some are making out. Definitely do not expect a 5* resort though. I may once have been, but it certainly isn't any more. Arrival: We arrived just after midnight. Due to the volume of cars on the approach road, the airport coach cannot fit down the driveway, instead it pulls up at the side of the road, next to the main gate and the driver points you down he road. It's around 200m from drop off point to hotel entrance. The guy on reception clearly didn't like working a night shift, it felt like we were inconveniencing him and didn't really get a warm welcome. Bedrooms: We had booked a deluxe double, it was adequate. It had a double bed, two singles and a travel cot. We didn't need the cot so collapsed that and the cleaning staff removed it the following day. You get a 2l bottle of water each day, and the 'mini bar' contains soft drinks which you only get one set of; once they're gone, they're gone. I agree with with the other reviews, the beds were very hard but I didn't find them too uncomfortable. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom looked dirty and marked, they could do with replacing. I don't think it helps that the tap water leaves a residue, so when it's been cleaned, it still looks a bit dirty. The rooms were cleaned every day. Pool Area & Sun loungers: The hotel has 4 swimming pools including the kids splash pool. I can only comment on the main pool and kids pool as we didn't attend the others. Firstly, my biggest gripe of the holiday; sunbeds! There simply aren't enough for the number of guests and people reserve them. If you wanted one, you had to be up for 7am to get your towels down. This is something I honestly despise, but found myself becoming part of the problem as otherwise would have had nowhere to sit. We witness multiple arguments between guests about sun loungers, one nearly ending up in a fight. The majority of beds were damaged; plastic beds were cracked, the canvas ones had the height adjuster broken on most of them, and some of the frames damaged on others. I read on a hotel response on a previous review stating that any damaged loungers are removed each day. This is simply not true, and if it were there would be no loungers left! Areas around the pool are very slippy, I lost count of the number of times I nearly fell over. The grating around the main pool was cracked and broken in a lot of areas, with some large chunks missing in some areas. I was surprised no one cut their feet on them. The pool

I have travelled to Turkey many times and stayed in several all-inclusive resorts, most of which lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, Tusan Beach Resort was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had, and it is in no way a 5-star hotel. Food & Dining: The main buffet was poor – limited choice, repetitive, and often cold by the time you got it due to the long queues and badly designed layout. Only one buffet restaurant was open during our stay, despite the hotel being full, which made the whole experience overcrowded and stressful. Most of the bars and restaurants advertised were closed (including Café 24 and the British Pub). My wife has a milk allergy, and food labelling was either missing, wrong, or completely unhelpful. We ended up eating out on more than one occasion, which I’ve never felt the need to do on an all-inclusive holiday before. The only slight positive was the à la carte, where food was a bit better – but even that was poorly executed and far from 5-star. By the 2nd course we couldn't even see what we were eating - a few fairy lights would go a long way! Service & Staff: Service levels were extremely poor. Most staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. A few staff members even told us they were unhappy! Guest Services were dismissive of complaints, and even walked out mid-conversation to attend to another guest. He never returned! Compared with other Turkish resorts I’ve stayed at, the hospitality here was shockingly bad. Atmosphere & Guests: The overall environment felt hostile. Turkish domestic guests were openly given priority over international ones. I witnessed aggressive behaviour at the bars, people taking towels off other guests’ sunbeds, and even a physical fights during my one week stay – right next to the children’s pool where a lifeguard was struck whilst trying to intervene. This did not feel like a safe or relaxing holiday environment. Rooms & Facilities: The rooms were basic and certainly not 5-star standard. Beds were rock-hard, and several other guests I spoke to also complained of back pain. The safe didn’t work. Around the pool, cleanliness was poor – leftover food, dirty glasses, broken tiles, scum around the waterline and even bleach bottles left out while kids were playing nearby. Many sunbeds were broken, and facilities like tennis and basketball courts were neglected and unused. Value for Money: I paid for a 5-star all-inclusive, but what I got was closer to a 2-3 star at best. Closed facilities, poor food, unsafe atmosphere, and uncomfortable rooms meant this holiday was stressful rather than enjoyable. Final Thoughts: This was the worst all-inclusive I’ve ever stayed in. Tusan Beach Resort is not 5-star, and EasyJet Holidays should not be selling it as such. I left feeling drained and disappointed, not relaxed and refreshed. We spoke to a number of guests who had returned to the hotel for the second time and all reported that the hotel has declined significantly since their first vi
