Pigale Beach Resort

I stayed at Pigale Beach Resort once, and to this day, I still regret booking this hotel. If you’re considering it - please read this carefully and think twice. When I arrived early in the morning, there were clearly free rooms available, but instead of checking me in, the receptionist (a girl) took me to another room and asked for a tip before assigning me one. Once I hesitantly agreed (and gave what I now realize was far too much), she finally handed me a room key — to the hottest room on the very top floor of the highest building. No shade, no breeze, just heat and zero explanation. A truly uncomfortable and bizarre welcome to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. As for the rest: Food was painfully average. Long queues at lunch and dinner, and nothing worth standing in line for. Breakfast was especially poor — no eggs, no variety, just dull basics. The only decent thing was the watermelon, and I clung to that small comfort each day. The beach is okay, the sea is really nice there, - but you have to walk a bit to get there. Once you do, there are never enough sunbeds, and many are old or broken. Management clearly doesn’t care. The beach staff themselves were polite and kind, but they were working against a system that doesn’t support them. (!!!) But here’s what ruined it completely: the shower water is salty. They literally mix sea water with bleach and a bit of tap water, and that’s what you’re expected to bathe in. I ended up using bottled water to wash my face because I couldn’t bear it. After 10 days, my hair was destroyed. It’s shocking that a hotel can charge so much and still not provide clean, fresh water for its guests. Let me emphasize: this hotel is NOT cheap, yet it feels like a budget hostel with poor hygiene, low food standards, and shady practices at the reception. It’s always busy, likely due to tour groups or outdated reviews, but the quality is absolutely not there. Pigale Beach Resort was a huge disappointment. Mismanaged, overpriced, and uncomfortable from start to finish — with the added insult of needing to tip just to get a room that’s already available. Avoid at all costs.

The worst Hotel you can find in Kusadasi. I can't say 1 good thing about the hotel. To many people in the hotel. You couldn't go on the internet. We ask for the wireless key but they didn't help us. We wait long time to eat any food
