First time visiting Turkey with my wife and son, I picked this hotel in the brochure because I have our own private villa with a pool and have also been a all inclusive hotel. The villa on the first view was clean.. The next morning, we woke to a terrible smell in the bathroom. we reported this directly to reception along with our concerns about our pool, which was green. we thought this was down to the tiling in the pool. we were told someone would come to sort the issue out. We reported this issue to reception for the first 3 days of our holiday, but no one came to sort this out for us. we started to report this out on the hotels WhatsApp number. Eventually, some came to sort the pool and toilet smell out on the Thursday they put around 50 litres of chlorine in the pool and told us we able to use the pool in 2 hours needless to say we didn't go in the pool once in our holiday because of it not been clean. The worst thing about the pool was we paid over £300 to have it heated for the week.Lucky we made friends with another family, and my son was able to go in there pool for most of the week. The food was not like any other all-inclusive hotel it was all like a restaurant. The menus were falling apart, stapled together, and the same menu for lunch and dinner. The staff were ok with a few of the staff not that bothered with service as it was coming to the end of the season. On Wednesday night, most of the staff had an end of the season party on site, which left them short staff around the hotel even tho they had full paying guests on site. All your meals came from the same kitchen. It didn't matter where you were eating. Food would be transferred on a tray by hand to the restaurant in any weather.Drinks were ok with the reception bar. You always had to ask for someone to come and serve you. This could take 5-15 minutes for someone to arrive. The hotel grounds were well maintained, I didn't get the theme of the hotel they had a lovely looking reception area and a lovely looking restaurant, but in between was like a old wild west part they was a terrible smell in that atea too where it had a bar, bakery and shop just didn't get it. The restaurant at night had cats coming in side one actually scratched my son we he was eating. I won't be returning to this hotel with the issues we had but the other with the management call me and my wife liars that we hadn't reported the issues with the pool and the smell in the bathroom to reception on our first few days, if you do decide to go to this hotel make sure you report everything via WhatsApp so you have proof of the issues.

I ll never visit this place again. Calm and quiet with the nature yes but, how can you manipulate us about writing comment? Unacceptable. I think we deserve respect to our personal spaces as your guest. But couldnt feel it. Please improve your services, and dont manipulate us. Thanks everyone who did their best for our vacation there, but please be more respectful.

Where do I start with Batihan Vadi Hotel It is a hotel with a different concept than the normal. It is like a little oasis of total calm and quiet, so if you’re looking to escape from the stress and strain of everyday life and need to totally recharge your batteries this place would suit. Villas are lovely well spaced apart and very private being surrounded by a good sized garden with many fruit trees, good size pool, jacuzzi bath, outdoor shower, cabana and decent terrace with loungers and table and chairs. There is no communal pool at this hotel, so everyone stays at their villa and spends all their time there. The villas are spread out over the hotel site and are surrounded by lovely lawns and gardens which are home to peacocks, ducks, Guinea fowl etc and connected by pathways which you can walk or be transported by buggy. There are two restaurants O Garden which does breakfast/lunch/dinner and Radika which you can book the day before for dinner (it has a smaller menu) both waiter service. Food in both are very good and we enjoyed every meal we had. Two of the waiters that we must mention are Soni and Ozzie who were exceptional, very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I do hope the management appreciate them both and in our opinion the restaurants would benefit them both being given a senior role as the only let down was sometimes the organization and timings of courses weren’t quite right and we feel a little extra training with better organization would help, and think Soni and Ozzie are the two people that could improve this. This is by no means a complaint as all staff are good however a suggestion. We must say all staff are very friendly and will go out of their way ensure you are happy, a credit to the hotel. We tried mini golf and archery while we were there and enjoyed. If you have chance we highly recommend using the spa for treatment packages we had excellent treatments and Turkish Hammam, staff all excellent. We did not use the gym but had a look in and it was impressive with new hi tec equipment. Our villa was cleaned and mini bar stocked everyday, thanks to cleaning staff etc. The only other suggestion we would make would be a little refurb in the Rodolfo bar especially the cushions on the chairs. Other things the hotel provides is a small patisserie, small ice cream stall, small shop, childrens area with soft play and other stuff, couple of stalls selling jewelers, crafts etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you

WOW! We just returned from a week at Batihan Vadi, and what an incredible experience it was! As a family of six with four boys ranging from 5 months to 12 years old, we were a little nervous about finding a place that could truly cater to all of us. But from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were absolutely blown away. This wasn't just a holiday—it was a true escape. It felt more like a wellness retreat with top-tier, five-star treatment. The staff is the real secret ingredient here; they are simply phenomenal. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to make sure our family felt completely at ease. Mealtimes, which can often be chaotic with a one-year-old and three other boys, were a breeze. The restaurant staff was so attentive and kind, making us feel comfortable and relaxed so we could actually enjoy our food. And speaking of food, it was exceptional! The quality and variety were out of this world, and the drinks were a perfect 10 out of 10. We also want to give special thanks to Ozzy, Alper, Sonny, Cillian and every other staff who went above and beyond for us. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we’re already planning to book our return trip for next year. If you're on the fence about where to go for your next family vacation, take our advice: BOOK Batihan Vadi now! You won't regret it.

I’m mainly writing this review for anyone who is planning on staying bed & breakfast at Batihan Vadi in the hope that it answers some of your questions. Before arriving I had lots of questions about the B&B concept but couldn’t find answers as most other reviewers on Tripadvisor seemed to have stayed AI. I’d also emailed the hotel with my questions twice beforehand but they’d failed to reply on either occasion. Room and grounds - We were a family of 2A+1C (9 years old), booked with easyjet holidays staying for 10 nights in room 20 which is a 1+1 superior villa. It was peaceful and very private (not all villas seemed quite as private) and well equipped - A.C., fridge, laptop safe, nespresso machine, tv’s, large bottles of shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner/ hand soap/ hand & body moisturiser, hair dryer, hand towels, bath towels and blue pool towels (we did have to ask for a 3rd bath and pool towels), slippers, bathrobes, sewing/ shaving/ toothbrush/ comb/ shoe shine kits. The Pool is the same depth throughout (1.4m) and large at about 10mx4m. There was a nice breeze most days that came up the valley from the sea which seemed to keep the mosquitoes away most of the time and cooled the air. There was a Cabana outside together with shower and spa bath tub (it’s not a hot tub). Wifi was free and generally a good speed. There were about 10 sets of light switches throughout the villa, but none worked except the main set of switches by the front door. I raised this with reception and housekeeping but nobody did anything. The room and grounds need a bit of attention too; there was wood warping on the outside wooden structure of the villa revealing the metal frame, cracked tiles inside the villa and around the pool, the pool ladder was wobbly and insecure, interior lights on the wall and chandelier were at wonky angles, shelves fitted wrong way up in bathroom, door frame in bathroom splitting, electronic ‘do not disturb/ housekeeping’ panel by front door missing, no sink plug; I didn’t report any of this as I didn’t see the point seeing as no action was taken over the light switches not working. There was even a bike laying on the ground outside a villa a few doors up from us… after a few days I decided to pick it up and rest it against a wall but it was obvious it had been there for quite some time as it was rusting and parts of it had sunk in to the ground. There were no recycling bins in the villa. Loved the nature (olive trees, citrus fruit trees, doves, swallows, great tits, wagtails, birds of prey, geese, ducks, fish, bats, lizards, peacocks, guinea fowl, flamingo, butterflies etc) but really not sure what the purpose of the zoo (deer, shetland pony, emu and ostrich) was. It also made me sad to see kids regularly chasing the peacocks and guinea fowl. The layout of the resort is also a bit disjointed and clumsy IMO. The eastern and western ends of the hotel are separated by a car park; its a shame as we were at the western end and rather than strolli
