We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was shockingly poor, with employees displaying an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. They seemed completely indifferent to the needs of their customers, making it feel as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a priority. Communication was also a major issue, as the staff struggled with even basic English, which led to confusion and delays in getting what we ordered. Additionally, the wait time for everything was unreasonably long. From being seated to receiving our food, every step of the process felt unnecessarily slow, and it didn’t seem like the staff was making any effort to address this. The breakfast, which used to be a highlight of this place, has gone downhill significantly. Despite the increased prices, the quality of the food has noticeably deteriorated. The selection was underwhelming, and the items that were available tasted stale or poorly prepared. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the higher prices. This restaurant needs to make significant improvements in its service, communication, and food quality before I would ever consider returning.

Oteli aradığımda sena hanımla görüştüm kendisi çok ilgisiz davrandı eşimi ikna ederek rezervasyon yapmak istedim detaylı bilgi öğrenmek için soru soruyorum çok kıssa bilgilendirici olmayan cevaplar alarak geri dönüş alıyorum saat 10 buçuk gibi yazdığımda saat 2 gibi geri dönüş alıyorum aradigim halde geri dönüş de olmuyor hiç tavsiye etmiyorum insanin gidesi varsa bile gitmeyesi geliyor

Biz yılbaşı programı için konakladığı bu kadar ilgili alakalı bir otel ve personel görmedim.Otelin için de Aydın bölgesinde tek ve ilk olan yılbaşı pazarları kuruldu ama atmosferi bu kadar mı güzel dersiniz.Cocuklarimiz için her şey düşünülmüş onlara uygun trampolin,çeşitli etkinlikler,kids club ,oyunlar ve daha bir sürü şey etkinlikler ve animasyon çok profesyonel ve iyi düşünülmüş konsepte uygundu.Satış da ki arkadaşlar bizlere çok yardımcı oldular,bundan tum personelleri emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.Ben ve eşim çok mutlu bir yıla ve aynu zaman da çocuğumuz çok huzurlu ve kaliteli bir zaman dilimi geçirdi,o eğlenirken biz de daha da eğlendik,özel olarak teşekkür etmek istediğim bir kisi daha var kids club sorumlusu Aysu hanım ilgi ve alakası o kadar dı ki gerçekten çocuğum onun sayesinde çok mutlu bir tatil geçirdi buradan kendilerine ayri teşekkür etmek istedim.Her şey için teşekkürler seneye tekrar burada görüşmek üzere.

Ailenizle geçirebileceğiniz doğa içerisinde etrafı kapalı bol yeşillikli ve kaliteli bir tesis gerçekten ellerine sağlık.İçerideki atmosferi ve personelleri çok iyidi. Yılbaşından sonra ailecek geldik. Yılbaşı atmosferi hala hissediliyor. Hayvanları atmosferi ve devam eden yılbaşı pazarları çok hoşumuza gitti. Sokakta çalan müzikleri sıcak şarabı ve çeşitli aktivite alanlarıda çok güzeldi. Gezdiren arkadaşlarada teşekkür ederim yiğit ve selim beye . Kışın böyle oluyorsa yaz aylarını tahmin edemiyorum….

Doğayla içiçe,şehrin gürültüsünden tamamen uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek isteyip harika bir tatil yapmak istiyorsanız en doğru adres olduğunu söyleyebilirim.Tüm otelin çevresinde bulunan portakal ağaçlarına hayran kaldım.Otelin içersindeki minik hayvanat bahçesi çocukları olduğu kadar bizimde çok ilgimizi çekti.Yılbaşı için kurulan noel pazarı,organizasyonlar ve çocuklar için yapılan animasyonlar çok keyifliydi.Personel oldukça ilgili,güleryüzlü ve otelimizin son çıkış anına kadar tüm istediklerimize en kısa sürede cevap verildi. Bu tatilin organizasyonunda tüm istediklerimize tüm güleryüzüyle ve hızlı iletişimiyle arkadaşlarımızla çok keyifli bir tatil geçirmemizde en büyük emeği olan Senem Hanım’a ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz.

Yılbaşı kutlaması için otel arayisindaydik. Batıhan Vadi Hotel i tercih ettik. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü, Meltem Hanım bizzat bütün her şeyle ilgilendi ve gerektiğinde yönlendirdi. Yılbaşı galası yemekleri, kahvaltısı, çocuk oyun alanı her türlü imkan sağlanmıştı, çalışanlar araçla oteli gezdirdi, muhtesem dogasinda bisiklet bindik, satranç oynadık. Kesinlikle çok keyifliydi, her zaman tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.
