Disney's Art of Animation Resort Reviews

The family suite is still a bit small for a family of 6. Food are average but location is very convenient to all the parks and nearby resort.

The rooms have few amenities & are quite small. However, the location & use of Disney Transportation is great! The biggest downside is that booking through a 3rd party the rooms are the absolute FARTHEST from the lobby, dining, etc….

Want an experience, thank you Disney for giving us all an unforgettable and magical time. Best place to visit!

We booked this room for quick access to the Skyliner. We were pleasantly surprised by the room theme and all the decor around the property. The restaurant on site has tons of diet friendly options. Overall excellent experience from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again.

The room is old, but it is still very convenient. It is good to take the cable car and the shuttle bus.

The facility is old, but the management is pretty good. As it is old, the room structure and amenities are inconvenient, but it is nice that the swimming pool is right in front. It is in a good location to take the Skyliner, so you can easily go to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. If price is not an issue, I recommend using Nemona Ka Dong. The Little Mermaid is a bit far from the main building. If you are using a car, the parking lot is close by.

I initially reserved a room for The Little Mermaid, but was shown to a room for The Lion King. However, when I asked the receptionist, they immediately changed me to a Little Mermaid room. Please note that the shuttle bus and reception are far from the Little Mermaid room.

Very satisfied, especially suitable for more people, one bedroom, two living rooms and two bathrooms. Around 3200 per day without breakfast. Sleeping in 3 beds of 1.5 meters. The hotel bus shuttle park and the cable car shuttle park are very convenient. The hotel's meals are also good. It's nice to eat in the swimming pool, but it's too cold. Foreigners' physical fitness is really good. It's cold and windy around 10:00 p.m. Adults and children are swimming in the swimming pool. We stayed in the Lion King Suite. The mermaid is the most inconvenient. The suite is the closest to Nemo. The Lion King suite will be quieter next to Nemo.

You can enter the park half an hour early.

It is suitable for children to travel, the swimming pool is great, and the restaurant is large. I give it 80 points. Right next to the cable car station.

Stayed 3 nights at The Lion King, didn't change rooms to Cars. The room was not cleaned for 3 nights because we were out late. However, the Disney Hotel is very convenient to the four major parks, there are skylines and buses.

This is our second time to Disney. We booked this somewhat last minute and decided to stay at Art of Animation as the cost was more favorable than other Disney properties and it still had skyliner access which we loved. We stayed in the little mermaid section for 4 nights and did 3 park days. Our room was small but clean and so cutely decorated and themed. It wasn’t a terrible walk to the animation hall. We did the pools in our area and the Nemo section and we loved both. Food hall had good options I felt. Gift shop was good. Arcade looked cool, although we didn’t do it. Now to the skyliner access: plan for about an hour to get to the parks doing that at minimum as you have to wait in a fairly long line to get on and you’re sharing the skyliner with neighboring Pop Century. We had previously stayed at Caribbean Beach and hadn’t experienced those waits previously so that to us was the downside but it’s not that big a deal. The week of Labor Day is a good time to go crowd wise but I won’t lie…the heat is no joke so prepare! We’d definitely stay here again and enjoyed our stay

Beautiful resort with a theme focused on Disney animation. Great pools, accessible to the park by the sky liner. Their animation hall is gorgeous and features a number of animation drawings from many timeless and famous Disney animations.
