The facility is old, but the management is pretty good. As it is old, the room structure and amenities are inconvenient, but it is nice that the swimming pool is right in front. It is in a good location to take the Skyliner, so you can easily go to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. If price is not an issue, I recommend using Nemona Ka Dong. The Little Mermaid is a bit far from the main building. If you are using a car, the parking lot is close by.

Public transport in São Paulo may be complicated, especially during peak hours, but there are several options available, such as metro, bus and taxi. If you have a more flexible budget, it can be more convenient and comfortable to use transport applications such as Uber or 99. Sao Paulo is also known for his animated night life, with many bars, night houses and partys taking place throughout the city, but it is important to remember to keep safety in mind during the night and avoid less secure areas.

We visit Disney once or twice a year. Have stayed all levels Value, Mod, Delx. We travel the USA frequently and in other cities stay in 4 or 5 diamond properties (Vegas, Denver, CA resorts). For the past several years we have stayed at the Disney POFQ Moderate for 8 days. We had already booked a bounceback offer for the Yacht Club for 8 days in April 2025, so for this shorter Long-Weekend trip we tried the Yacht Club, and unfortunately when we got home, contacted our Travel Agent to cancel/switch the Yacht Club for the upcoming April trip to either Poly or POFQ. The following is why: Pros: 1. Yacht is great location for Epcot (via walking or boat) and HS (via boat). Buses not busy (only AK, DS, MK) since most guests going to other parks. With Early Entry this was GREAT and allowed us early entry where we rode Mill Falcon, Toy Story 3x in a row, etc with no more than 10 minute wait for all those rides and then also Remy with no wait since back entry before front entry guests could get there. 2. YC is a hotel not a motel, so once inside, rooms accessed via interior halls. 3. Front of House staff very nice and helpful 4. Had ”end of hall room” which meant no guest on one side so VERY quiet. However, early one morning another guest made a very loud work call right outside our door...good thing I wasn't a competitive company as I heard the entire call (smile) 5. Bath room larger than Moderate, and enough cubbies with doors to ”put away” all items and luggage for a clean room. Cons: (reasons not staying here again) 1. Had a balcony but it was unusable as it looked out at ”swampy” area with mosquitos. 2. MAIN reason we booked Deluxe was for a couch, but got a chair instead? Travel agent said ”not guaranteed” and reserved for parties of 4 or 5 (so couples don't matter? Wish she would have told us that before booking) 3. Food choices were awful for us. We don't eat beef nor chicken and eat breakfast and then one afternoon meal only. This is a place for steak eaters and those who eat late (many lounges or restaurants do not open until 5 or require reservations or mainly serve meat dishes). Even the Marketplace sandwiches were ”pre-made” so no substitutions. We literally ate a child's grill cheese in room, steak fries (not on menu but requested) and a wedge salad at a lounge, and then PB crackers we brought from home). We could have walked back to Epcot, but due to the extreme heat and humidity by the time we got back to room, just couldn't fathom that so maybe during different time of year that would be a difference. No idea what family's with kids would eat here--as even the Ice Cream Shoppe required a reservation. 4. Most staff was great, but had one negative incident with bartender in a lounge. Mid-day after park, went to lounge for cocktails and lunch (where we found fries only). Started out great and had two rounds and fries, but then another couple of parties came in. We've stayed at All-Star and Port Orleans Riverside previously, and decided to spend the extra $$ to try a deluxe hotel now that the kids are a little older and we can enjoy the perks. We regret it. From the first moment, we were informed there were no bell carts to help us with our grocery order upon arrival. Are you kidding me? Top Tier level hotel at DISNEY and no one knows where the luggage carts are? We were stranded in the lobby with bags like we were trash off the street. The front desk didn't realize that I needed to be present with my ID to claim my order because it had alcohol. And then argued with me that I was wrong. I've done this before, but I guess I'll do your job for you. This was our first day, and it felt like the staff's first day too. The hours for the pool and pool bar change constantly with no notice. You get your whole family ready to use the hot tub after a long day at the park to find it closed early. No postings anywhere. The weather was cold, so I get they don't want to pay life guards for nothing, but we paid for a pool and we're going to use it. The Cafe is open late which is nice, but the menu is limited and somehow worse than the All Star cafeteria? I think they want guests to buy the character buffet at Chef Mickeys, so they intentionally make the quick service mid level. Room was OK, but nothing luxurious so check out the layout ahead of time so you're not unpleasantly surprised. The pocket doors in the bathroom stick and will cut off your finger if you're not careful. They advertise the monorail as the highlight, but it had delays and closures while we stayed so we took a lot of buses anyway. When it was operating, we were usually stuck standing for the 20 minute ride in overcrowded cars. Again, could've done that on the All Star bus for a third of the price. If this is the way Disney service is headed, this might be the end of the road for us.

I am very disappointed in this 5 star hotel. I am not one to communicate negatively, however, I must in this scenario. I am sorry to say that the only plus (for me) was the proximity to EPCOT. While I am a Marriott Gold Elite Bonvoy member in addition to a Florida resident / Disney Annual Passholder, I chose to stay at Disney Beach club resort as opposed to my usual SWAN. Here are my list of grievances that I intend to share with management: - No water bottles in room - No glasses in room - No Top comforter/blanket on either bed (could not believe this one) - Two queen beds, but only one “extra blanket” in closet …. It is the middle of Jan and an I I ally cold winter this year. Thank goodness I was a solo! - Shower pressure compromised by water running through tub faucet - Very thin walls (heard my neighbors in their bathroom, coughing) early morning Quite frankly I am stunned. Swan offers at least 4 water bottles and restocks every day, min 6 glasses, napkins, comfortable beds with blanket on them, etc. I cannot say enough to express my sincere disappointment in my stay.

Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!
