Stay with 37 floors. Infinity pool with great view. Pocket garden in floors were beautiful. Petronas tower and kl tower from your room window was awesome.

Let’s start from positives: quite good locations and the place is modern and clean. That would be all. When it comes to hospitality and taking care of the customer: terrible! We arrived at 2am to the hotel. Outside of reception working hours. However there is a self checking machine in the lobby which I could use and smoothly check in by myself but the place failed to provide the QR code which was needed to do so. On the reception desk there is a phone number that will assist you outside of working hours. I called it several time and…. Nothing! No one picked up. So I was there with 2 children on the middle of the night with no help. I ended up booking a different place for the night. The room I booked was for 4 adults but bedding and towels were provided only for 2. When I asked for one more- they told me I need to pay. Also first thing when you come to the room there is a price list of each item in the room that you need to pay in case you will break it. Outrageous! Not recommending at all!

One of the nicest hotels we've both stayed in during our time in Southeast Asia, all the staff are lovely and willing to help whenever it's needed! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Malaysia! It's a bit far from the city centre but a cheap grab can get you there within half an hour!

I recently booked a stay at 8 KIA Peng through a third-party agent and was pleased with the overall experience. The property's size and cleanliness added a great deal to the experience. However, a few areas could be improved to enhance the overall quality of the stay. One notable area for improvement is the quality of the shower towels, which appeared old and of lesser quality compared to what one might find in a hotel. Additionally, the living hall seemed to have an issue with small flies, which, while not a major deterrent, could be addressed for a more pleasant stay. If attention is given to upgrading the shower towels and addressing the issue of small flies in the living hall, it would significantly add value to the overall experience. Despite these points, I would still categorize the stay as very good, particularly highlighting the spacious and crystal-clear swimming pool. In conclusion, 8 KIA Peng offers a comfortable stay with a few areas that could be refined to enhance the experience further. With improvements in the mentioned areas, this Airbnb could easily become an even more appealing choice for future guests.

We enjoyed staying here at hotel very near to tourist attractions great location. The hotel room and staff also nice. My suggestion is just change the menu for the breakfast even every other . My friends and I want to book again next time.

My first time staying in a hotel where i couldnt sleep. The bed is too soft. The fridge blue light with transparent door shining on your face while u ry to sleep. Usually, for hotel aircon, i'll have it at 23 degrees and i can hide in the blanket. For my room, its at 16 degrees and i'm sweating throughout the night. The aircon isnt cold. Honestly, quite disappointed with the mercure brand this time. Penang mercure and singapore mercure are much better. I have to admit that some comments i read in the review are really as they said.

Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.
