Absolutely poor customer service, did not want to accommodate my request to change the booking date due to unforeseen circumstances.. They were rude and were not interested in hearing my valid reason for needing to do change the dates. Absolutely awful service.

Este alojamiento es excelente si quieres algo cerca de la estación de tren de Basilea puesto que está a solo unos pasos, la habitación se me hizo muy buena, amplia, cómoda y bien equipada, el elevador es algo confuso, ya que abre en 2 direcciones, al frente y a un costado y hay que abrir manualmente la puerta para salir del elevador e ir a las habitaciones, entonces en general bien, mi único pero es que no hay personal en absoluto, el check in y check out son sin contacto, al momento de llegar llenas tus datos en una máquina, pagas y te entregar tu tarjeta de acceso y para salir, bastará con que deposites esa tarjeta en el lugar indicado, ya en tu habitación encontrarás tu BaselCard con tu nombre y días de estancia que te ayudará con descuentos y transporte público dentro de Basilea gratis, pero como no hay nadie quien te explique eso, no le puedes sacar provecho desde el día uno.

Di fronte alla Stazione di Basilea, posizione comoda se si viaggia in treno. Check in molto semplice. La camera Superior è spaziosa ed il bagno grande con bella doccia. Hotel pulito, ma visto il prezzo non si può pretendere il lusso! Per quel che costa e l'ubicazione ottima, vale sicuramente la promozione.. Bottiglia d'acqua in camera e macchina per caffè nella Hall a disposizione H24 e biglietti gratuiti per i mezzi di trasporto di Basilea. Tutto OK, quindi.
