I have stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. It is located right next to a large road and not so stylish from the outside, but inside is nice. The rooms are modern, stylish and simple at the same time so you will feel quite comfortable in there. Overall a quite friendly hotel with a warm atmosphere.

Decided to visit Basel on short notice and am glad we found this hotel. The staff were super friendly and we had a great time. We can recommend the breakfast and we really enjoyed the tea and cake that was offered. Parking was available and we made use of the Basel Card to travel around Basel.

The rooms are clean and functional. The staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served daily! The location is great. It is right by the river and a short walk from the downtown marketplace. Grocery store is conveniently located across the street.

We were here for a quick overnight stay before getting on a train to interlaken. The hotel was very clean, quiet and convenient. They also left these delicious little cookies on our pillows. There is a nice small grocery store across the street where you can grab a snack or, like we did, buy some things to make a sandwich. The best thing about this hotel during our stay was Ulrike at the front desk. She always welcomed us with a smile and made us feel like we were family. I would definitely stay here again, especially if Ulrike is there to greet us with her smile.

The hotel is conveniently located at the Breite tram stop. The service staff are nice and provide good service. There is free parking if you book directly with the hotel. Choose a river view room to get a view of the little park rather than the street. Breakfast includes a selection of hot items from the kitchen with bread, cereal, fruit from a buffet table. The hotel is run as a social enterprise to provide training and work. Complimentary coffee /tea and cake/fruit available 24 hours!

Friendly reception, comfortable rooms, free coffee and excellent Wi-Fi. If you are in a bike trip, nice and safe place to let the bikes. Norma far from downtown- good location. The room is comfortable for 3 adults and clean. Definitely 5 stars.
