Hotel staff gave a free upgrade. Best part is the location right outside the train station, and next to connecting trams. Convenience is above and beyond. Decently clean which made it a pleasant stay!

The location was very near to the train station, which is very ideal for travellers with big luggages. The hotel room was comfortable and the best part was that no travelling adaptors were needed. You can simply insert your electronic devices into the different sockets available!

Across the street from Basel Train Station, the Baroque architecture is very pleasing to the eye. The bedding is comfortable and hygienic, and the breakfast is very good. The production, taste and variety are excellent, better than the average European hotel. Freshly squeezed juice and salmon are provided. It is the most pleasant breakfast among all the hotels in Europe. Very good!

The room is quite big, but the third person's bed and amenities were not made and put in. This has never happened in many Swiss hotels before, only in Basel. The faucet is quite retro. There is a coop downstairs. Ice cubes are delivered quickly. The Basel train station is under the window. We were given a room on the fifth floor facing the train station door with a view. There are noises during the day and night, but it is not very noisy. The sheets are not as clean as in the previous hotels in Montreux, Locarno, Zermatt, etc.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The decoration style is also very unique. The breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide range of choices. The service attitude is also very good. I will come to stay again if I have the chance.

The bathroom is very beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need. I like the coffee machine, which can also boil water. The location is great. There is a coop next door and the main fire and denner opposite.

The hotel is just opposite the Basel train station, with very convenient transportation and close to Maket Halle, so it's easy to eat. A tall, thin, bespectacled uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended us a lot of travel tips for Basel. The room was clean and spacious, and a two-day city transportation card was also given. Swiss hotels are good in every way except that they are a bit expensive, and are very cost-effective.

There is parking, close to the train station, convenient transportation, slippers, the hotel is well decorated, has air conditioning, and the breakfast is very good. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is opposite the Basel train station and 800 meters walk to the city hall. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and very convenient. The hotel staff seems to be few, and it was the lady at the front desk who made the bed for us. The restaurant is very busy and was still full after 8 o'clock in the evening. I also recommend the Steinbock restaurant 100 meters away. The fried pork chops and traditional hot pot are very good.

Close to Basel train station, the location is very good 👍, the hotel-related facilities are very good, and the service needs to be very warm. The breakfast is also very good, with delicious ham! I booked a hotel for two extra days, but the system showed that it was non-refundable. After communicating with the front desk manager, I readily agreed. He also enthusiastically recommended places to go out and suggested routes. Special thanks to the young lady/brother from Ctrip. The service was very good and communicated with the booking side.
