這家青旅離火車站非常近，就在斜對角，青旅入口前面有個小鐵製樓梯，上樓梯之後，就會看到門口邊邊有密碼鎖。進門後，左邊牆上就有房間鑰匙盒，房子最裡面就是房間跟儲物櫃，共有1間廁所、1間浴室、1間廁所+沐浴。但是沒有廚房，只有公共客廳，房間為上下2層型，隔間很薄，所以隔壁講話聲或上下床的聲音都聽得到，床墊過軟（個人感覺）。老闆服務很好，都用what's App聯絡。

It's clean enough but I've stayed in nicer capsule hotels for sure. This feels a bit like someone tried to get the most bang for their buck: there are cracks in the plywood or whatever the capsule is made of so a ton of light cracks in, the noise from the capsules above and next to you obviously reaches you (though appreciated the free ear plugs at the entrance) so you hear every breath and every person tossing and turning in the beds next to you. Each capsule is part of a group of maybe eight capsules so definitely feels quite crammed. All in all, it was cheap enough and fine enough but if I could afford £30 more I would stay anywhere else

I was curious about the whole cube concept. I must say, the cube itself was okay. It's only purpose being to sleep in it. However, around it was also very tight with no place to stand up straight. Had to change in the shower.
I can see why people would book this as an alternative to hostels, but it's not for me.
Service is great, easy contact through e-mail and easy access with a 6 digit code. Thank you!

Supernice, superclean, super location!!! 10 mins walk from main train station Basel SBB. Modern facilities, cleanliness spot on! The entrance is just on the corner of the main road coming from the trainstation. A small metal stairs is the one. Your capsules comes with a big locker, all open-close with your magnetic card. Very convenient and easy!

I was not in Basel for a long time and I just wanted somewhere to put my head down so the Mue Cubes was perfect. Prior to my arrival I received an email about how to check in which was pretty easy to complete. Following this I was sent an email with the code to get into the building and also a code for my key safe. I arrived in the city at around 6pm and with the help of google maps I was able to find the hotel. There are no signs for the hotel and I found it by going down Peter Merianstrasse. Once located getting in was a breeze with the codes I had been sent by email. My cube was cosy and very modern. I have previously stayed in a cube hotel and this one is much more modern with a keycard to unlock the cube and airconditioning in it as well. In addition to having my cube I also had a locker which was not close to my cube so I did not use it much. I noticed other guests were not using their lockers much either. I slept pretty well in the cube and I am not someone who suffers from claustrophobia so it was quite comfortable and I enjoyed being in my own little space. The bathroom was clean and well presented when I used it and overall the hotel was tidy. The only downfall for me was that I did not meet any staff so if you do want any travel tips for the local area or general information I suggest Google or visit one of the other hotels in the area.
