The location is amazing. It is located in the most interesting part of the big city. The elevator is old, so you will be shocked at first time. No need for breakfast. Just outside, there is a nice restaurant across the road. It's nice to see from the window. Not suitable for family travel. You can feel the Catalan culture around the hotel.

The gentlemen on the front desk were so kind and attentive - I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! The breakfast selection was also great - the website pictures don't do it justice. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you team Ciutadella! 

It was close to sightseeing spots such as Sagrada Familia and convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also delicious. When I stay in Barcelona, ​​I would like to use it again.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price, even though it was in the center, probably because I booked on a weekday. The staff is very friendly! The smile of the woman at the reception was impressive, and although I originally booked a dormitory with about 10 people, they kindly showed me to a room with fewer people available! Also, one of the joys of traveling with a backpacker is interacting with other guests at the hostel, and here, as an evening activity, you can make and eat dinner with other guests (the staff manages and gives instructions properly, and it's free), and after that, if you want, they will take you to a local club or bar for 20€. (You can go there all the time you stay if you pay once) So it was great to have a lot of interaction with other guests! I've stayed at various hostels, but it's rare to find one that does this much. I've stayed at other hostels in Barcelona, ​​but some of them didn't have an atmosphere of interaction at all. The guests were really interesting and from many different countries, so I highly recommend it for people who want to interact with others! On the one hand, there were few sinks to brush your teeth, which was a bit inconvenient, and the lockers had old, simple locks, so the security aspect was questionable. It's better than nothing, so I always carried my valuables with me, but there was a lock on the door to the room just in case. Luckily, all my roommates were nice people, so I had a good time. There's an Asian supermarket nearby, and the old town is just around the corner. It's also a good location for people who want to visit Barcelona for the first time and want to do some sightseeing.

Hostel located next to the Arc de Triomphe. It was fine, but could be improved in several aspects. The infrastructure and common areas are super large, however, they are not used to their full potential, there are no relaxation areas promoted by the Hostel, among others. The beds had only a thin quilt that did not cover much, in any case there was heating. And the bathrooms did not have hand soap. The truth is, except when I arrived and went through reception, I saw a person from the hostel serving. For the price it is fine, but it can improve a lot.

Ms. Joana made our stay extra comfortable and safe! She was very accommodating and helpful especially for teaching us how to get to places. I bet she can teach how to get around the map with her eyes closed 😄 also be sure to visit Ramen House Izakaya for yummy ramen and pinoy foods. Will be again again! One of the best places you can stay at if you want to be in the center of everything. No dull moments, it's always lively there.

The location was along Barcelona's main street, a pedestrianised street with a market across the street, and there was Carrefour and Barcelona Shops nearby, so it was a fun area.

The hotel is in a very good location, just like Hong Kong's Nathan Road near Argyle Street. There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. You can walk to the scenic spots or take 2-3 stops. But the room is very small and the suitcase cannot be stored flat. And there are bars, restaurants, and roads downstairs, so it's very noisy until 3-4 in the morning. I lived on the first floor and couldn't sleep well at all. Because of the road construction, there was a very bad smell coming from the wash basin and bathtub drain. It is recommended to choose other hotels nearby that are not close to the road.

Very beautiful hotel. Excellent location, good cleaning service. There was a big problem when checking in, they gave us a room without windows, not the one in the photo when booking. They did not want to change it for a long time and demanded money for an ”upgrade” of the room. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. If this problem had not happened - an excellent hotel, 10 points out of 10☀️

The location is good. The room was clean. However this is a very basic hotel. Unlike the photo, my double room did not have a kettle or tea and coffee. WiFi in the room is not free, you must go to the lobby to pay.
