"This is a really nice hotel!
First of all, the front desk staff were friendly and smiling. It may have been the first time we had such a pleasant check-in experience overseas.
We were tired from the long flight, so we really appreciated the early check-in, and we were happy to receive a gift for our anniversary trip!!
The room was spacious and comfortable with a separate bathroom and toilet.
The breakfast had a wide variety of breads, more so than the next hotel we stayed at in Paris, and they came to take our food orders every day, which made us really happy! My husband and I were really impressed.
We would definitely like to stay here again if we ever visit Barcelona!
We really recommend it♪"

"The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking."

"The location is excellent, the price is very friendly in Barcelona. Going out is the subway station, and it is easy to get a taxi. The novice aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the business is really unfamiliar, a stay while chatting, and it took almost half an hour. "The blanket was uncomfortable, it was not very hygienic, and there was someone else's hair on it.
Stayed for four days and only gave chocolates on the first day.

Very Good
TTeeks Pros:
- The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful
- If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay
- Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards.
Cons
- the room is quite dark despite the lights available
- The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals.
- The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush
- The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older
- There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed
- Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1.
- The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place
- Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great.
- We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good.
Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No.
The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

GGuest UserPros: High cost-effectiveness, other hotels of the same price are not as big as this one, and the service is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is relatively close to other attractions, basically you can take a taxi or walk for more than 15 minutes. Cons: The sound insulation is indeed a bit poor, but the hotel is also solving the problem of sound insulation, and double-glazed windows are installed. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Service, Staff are soooo rude! It was literally a place to lay my head for the night as I was out in the day, but even with minimal interaction it was appalling! Don’t even go here if you are black! It’s like they are angry I’m here! I’ve never felt so unwanted in my life. The key cards don’t work and every time I had to go to reception they would literally ignore me tell me to stand on the side and attend to natives who are new checkins that would take 20/30mins, I waited for almost an hour just to go back to my room than just validate my key card in 1 min as a paying guest. I was close to tears as Raphael at the desk literally screamed at me ask he asked my why I came back to the hotel late in the first place, my only words were, I’m sorry is there a curfew? This is at 11pm meanwhile he had put me on the side and attended to new walk ins for almost an hour! I was silent Cus in the moment I was afraid if I reacted he knew my room number and I could only imagine the worst! I had maybe 2 hours sleep as every sound gave me a panic.
Breakfast is garbage so after day 1, I decide not to go until day 3 to just get a fruit on my way out, it finishes at 10am I was at the door at 9:47, staff stopped from entering the hall saying it finishes at 10, I explain i understand and just want to get a fruit, she refused entry, on breakfast that I paid for? I turned around without argument.
At that point I figured this was my fault for booking such, I’ve taken my L on this, but please I beg you, don’t let this be you.

RRinret DabengI have mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel is a nice hotel. The location is amazing. It’s clean, rooms are spacious and the staff are extremely professional, pleasant and serviceable. Unfortunately the hotel and our room had a very musty smell- almost like wet carpet or wet towel which we didn’t like. Housekeeping is extremely slow, I’m not sure if there is only one cleaner but essentially we could leave for hours and come back and still find our room had not been cleaned yet. Also, we didn’t like the food…limited options and it’s the same thing everyday…and not all of it was pleasant to eat. We had paid for half board so we didn’t want our money to go to waste but otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten at the hotel.

GGuest UserFrom the airport, take the L9 subway directly to Collblanc, and you will arrive at the hotel as soon as you exit the subway station! In addition, you can take the L5 subway from the hotel to many attractions, such as the Sagrada Familia and St. Paul's Hospital of the Cross! There is bottled water supply in the hotel room, and the hot water pressure in the bathroom is stable! I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Spain!

CCHAOGreat location, just southeast corner of Plaza Catalunya. Outside the door is a pedestrian street, and it’s not fun. At night, sitting outside the balcony, getting some food and drinking, watching the crowds and performances outside, is also very pleasant. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants.

DDara TanLocker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.

And he treated me very badly and because of his fault I would never stay there again He has no ways
ENGLISH A lot of noise due to a repair that was taking place in the building and the chubby man at the reception was very rude and they should not work with the public. The time I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had and several discussions with the client and in fact even one person left the hotel and said goodbye because he didn't have hot water in his room and the chubby guy at reception answered rudely that it wasn't his problem. He treated me very badly and . Because of Him I would never return to stay there He has no manners
