The hotel is in a great location and pet friendly! Very accommodating to puppies. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the efficiency in solving problems is very high! It’s just that the house is too cold this season and the hot water is not very good. The soundproofing is not that good either. I encountered an uncultured parent who didn't take care of his child and was still making noise in the corridor after 9 o'clock in the evening. After I complained, the front desk handled it promptly. This must be praised.

I don't know if it is the best hotel in Chifeng. To be honest, I almost backed off after seeing those bad reviews, but when I thought about how bad a hotel that has just opened for 2 years could be? I stayed for one night with a try-it attitude.
Facilities: very new, solid materials! The towels are also thick and clean! There is also an underground garage, which is very convenient, and there are two water clubs downstairs.
Sanitation: very clean
Environment: There are many places to eat downstairs, which is very convenient!
Service: Very good, immediate satisfaction when there is a demand, the room is indeed not very warm, but there is an electric heater that can solve all current problems. The room is in a very good location, opposite the lake and sand dunes. You can see the stars and fireworks at night, and enjoy the lake view and desert during the day! The check-in arrangement is well organized, and there is a WeChat group for reliable taxi calls and consultations, which is very convenient. The travel experience is also great, the package is worth the money, and the desert off-road vehicle and desert camel are most recommended! I will come again in summer if I have the chance to experience a different desert landscape!

I had planned to go to Reshui to soak in the hot springs. I had plenty of time this time, so I booked a room decisively. The hygiene was very clean, the service was good, and they were very patient. There was a public hot spring and swimming pool downstairs, and there was a bathtub hot spring in the room, which was very convenient. The water was very clean, so there was no need to worry. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel accepts foreigners. The location is great, especially if you're arriving at Chifeng station - it's about 1km from it (just make sure to exit at the west square). There are a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is large, clean, nicely designed and has all the necessary amenities. Perhaps the only issue is that the shower door doesn't close properly. But overall, very convenient and great value for money.

CCurt 常鹰For a hotel in a small county, there's little to complain about here. The room was clean & warm and came with a soft bed & a hot shower - both of which were appreciated after some long, cold days out. Seeing the glow of the hotel at night was always a comforting sight when heading home.
Check in & cleaning staff were friendly & helpful, even when working over the holiday period. Had no issues checking in as a foreigner. Staff were also more than happy for me to leave my bags on the last day, & let my partner & my friend hang out in the large lobby as we waited for various cabs. Breakfast was not bad. I especially enjoyed the pickles.
Location wise, it's within walking distance of the old square & old train station, as well as Khitan Street & the snack street. Ningcheng center (Tianyi) itself is small so everything is really within walking distance, though in winter you might want to take a cab to anywhere a little further away. Ningcheng Railway station is probably not walkable, but only takes around 15 minutes in a car (there's also rental ebikes all over the city, which might be preferable when the weather is warmer).
Overall a very pleasant stay.

It has its own parking garage, which is more convenient.
The bath water is super powerful, very rushing, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things around.
Meng meal is super delicious early, small pot milk tea, fried fruit (more delicious than fried dough sticks) beef pie lamb pie, fragrant don't drop!
The only thing lacking is the taste of the hotel room, I hope it can be improved, and I will come to Chifeng again if I have the opportunity!
