Baoding Jingxiu District 4-star Hotels

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

One of my favorite hotel all the time in baoding .. staff are very friendly and helpful specially ZOIE she is the most helpful receptionist all the time very kind and gentle and Alisa as well helped a lot in checking out . Hotel premises are very nice and on the main road easy access to all the near surroundings wonderful breakfast western style as well .. the lobby area of this hotel are too cool and I love it specially for those who willing to have some business meetings with customers / supplier .. Over all a nice hotel and I strongly recommend this hotel and I love it ..! Ok

Maybe the hotel Share a parking lot with the restaurant. The parking space was tight. At that time, I went to the front desk to ask if I could stay at the front desk. I said that the health twin room we set did not have a big bed room. If it is not suitable, I can change it. I want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it’s downgraded anyway. Foot bath and treadmill are still quiet, air conditioning is also powerful, it is also a non-smoking room, also sent a small gift, there is an illy coffee machine, the hotel breakfast is good, very rich, the service is also warm, there is a book in the Baoding Library on the first floor, it is a good experience.

The beauty at the front desk looks white and clean, the beauty is good, and the voice is impressive. The swimming pool is commendable but the sauna is not open. It is unpleasant to show that the hotel does not pay attention to details and the facilities are complete. Parking is free or a commendable breakfast. Although it is not freshly polished, it is freshly cooked and passed. The former Taiwan beauty combination has added a lot to the hotel. There don't seem to be many hotels with parent-child rooms in Baoding. I finally chose this one. I personally feel that the comfort level is relatively high. The overall layout is simple and neat, especially the power switch and luminous display, which are very convenient to use at night. A small stool is specially placed at the wash basin for children, which is very considerate. The bathroom and shower room are independent, which is very reasonable and convenient. The breakfast was not bad, but when booking the room, it was shown that the price for an additional person was 38 yuan. When actually dining, the restaurant said it was 58 yuan per person. Looking at Ctrip, it became clear that the price must be discussed with the hotel. Such changes make the experience slightly compromised. It also states that there are three people staying, but there are only two breakfasts. I don’t know what the design is. Seeing that the service staff in the restaurant were very nice, I didn’t bother with it. Overall it's pretty good and worth recommending.

Advantages: The little brother at the front desk is very friendly, I feel that he has experience of coaxing the baby, solving the problem quickly, and checking out also takes the initiative to give water. Tucao: The room is not hygienic. The sheets are not only patched, but the hair below can be seen through the sheets. The sink has double eyelid stickers used by the upper guests. The bath liquid and shampoo are almost gone and there is no supplement. There is no dirty bath towel. The room was not big and the cockroach could be thrown on the ground. This health is not good for the price of four hundred and seven per night. Disadvantages: The restaurant is too small, the dining area is only ten tables for four people, right? During the eleventh period, there were many people, many of them had no place with the plate. Ask the waiter and answer to bring them back to the room to eat. The gym is currently the only one in Baoding that can be used 24 hours a day, which is very convenient, and there is indeed a cleaner cleaning the equipment and so on every morning when you go to the gym. The location is a bit remote, and it's still a bit far from the best commodity stores. For example, if you want to order a cup of Starbucks, there is no way. The sanitation is very good, because the hotel is very new, and there is an artificial table for breakfast. The boiled fish dumplings are very good. In terms of service, although the front desk left a bad impression at the beginning, we pointed out that the TV in the suite was not working, and said impatiently that people lived in the suite every day, as if we were making trouble for no reason. As a result, the engineering staff came to see that there was indeed a problem. When we arrived on duty The manager, Manager Wang, Alex handled it very professionally. First, he apologized politely, and then tried to coordinate. He also gave more cookies. We asked for a late check-out, which was also resolved. He added WeChat and said that he would contact the front desk if necessary. Do more training to make them empathetic and more patient. So I stayed for 2 days overall, and I felt pretty good.
