It is worthy of being a well-known hotel in Baoding. The concierge took the initiative to help with the luggage when checking in. The lobby manager Huang Qing was professional and enthusiastic. I enjoyed the service of a five-star hotel overall. I will stay here again next time I come to Baoding. It is worth recommending.

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

At first, I hesitated between this hotel and the well-established Zhuozheng Hotel, but finally chose this hotel. After all, it is relatively new and the actual stay was quite good. The bartending equipment in the room is quite innovative. Amanda at the front desk was very nice. She also helped to upgrade the room type. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will choose this hotel again next time.
