The stay was wonderful. My original room had a minor issue, but they immediately upgraded it. The view was fantastic, and my kids loved it. It was my first time using the laundry service, and my kids were absolutely fascinated. They thought it was amazing. After playing with their clothes all day, they could wash and dry them and wear them the next day. It's a real treasure! I had a lot less luggage. The pillows were very comfortable. I'd definitely consider Atour again next time.
