We came just for one night, everything was going perfect until it was time to sleep. The bed which we were already laying on was full of bedbugs. When I noticed at 11pm ,I immediately contacted the receptionist and he changed me room with no hesitation. The bed bugs changed my whole view/experience so I can't give more than 1 star even if the spa and everything else was great.

The best service in the La Bistro especially Angelika. She is the best waiter! Thank you Lucky Bansko! the best Winter spa hotel In Bansko! It’s the most pleasant place, there I’m visiting the last year! I recommend this place for your vacation!

We came with skideal group for five days to enjoy the ski resort. The lucky hotel was excellent, the room were very comfortable clean and warm, the breakfast was very very good and the staff was very nice and helpful. we enjoyed very much our stay. There is a very comfortable shuttle system that leaves the hotel and go directly to the ski resort, all the gondola , which saves a lot of time

We had a great stay in Lucky Bansko! The staff was polite and always smiling, rooms were cleaned daily and complementary water bottles restocked and little treats left in the evening to enjoy before bed. The facilities are really good, the spa is maintained well, parking is big so there was never any issue with finding a space, a ski storage is also available with heated ski boot drying system. The best part is the shuttle to the ski slopes (additional charge) which saves hours queueing for the gondola lift.
There was one small issue during our stay: we requested an iron in the evening prior to our new years eve party but all the irons were taken by the guests, so we were advised there could be a wait time of 5-10 min. After 1 hour of waiting and asking multiple times, the reception staff told us there is nothing they can do as they don't know where the irons are and they have advised the guests to return them but no one had. As a result we had to go out with creased outfits to a formal event. To avoid disappointment in the future, I would advise management to purchase more irons, or make a log of where the irons are and request these back after a certain time.

The staff were unfriendly and weren’t helpful with information. The hotel forced us to book the NYE dinner which was very bad with vey poor food and entertainment and cost a lot. Wasn’t value for money
