Though read some nasty reviews online, I booked it anyways.
The hotel is indeed a bit old, but very modern, clean and well maintained!
The room was great, fully modern, clean, with new shower and awesome bed!
The staff is very polite and helpful.
WiFi needs an upgraded... I got an eSIM...

We had a great holiday. Cleanliness of the rooms, location of the hotel, attention to detail, reliability, features, friendliness of the reception in the restaurant and bar section. You feel like you are eating in a luxury restaurant. Thank you to everyone, from the cook to the entire staff, for the friendliness of the staff and the seriousness with which they do their job.

Good quality hotel, very comfy bed and extremely helpful receptionist Yoanna. 😀 Great to be able to ski into the hotel from the ski road (when there’s enough snow). ⛷️ Lovely outdoor sitting area next to the piste when the sun is out. 🌞🍷 🌞 🍷

Very nice hotel, rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable. The après-ski spa is really terrific- with outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety . A nice and welcoming rental store in the hotel and nice outside bar and restaurant.staff was great.

I stayed here for a week of skiing with my family and I have to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It came highly recommended by a friend, and after experiencing it myself, I don’t think the photos online truly do it justice. While some of the décor is a bit dated, you have to appreciate the setting you’re in. Nevertheless for the star rating I feel some interior décor upgrades to would help. Breakfast offered a great variety, ensuring there was something for everyone, and the spa area was the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The ski-in, ski-out access was super convenient, and the hotel’s proximity to the main gondola and town made it arguably the best place to stay in Bansko. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the expected amenities, and the daily maid service kept everything spotless. We have two boys (9 and 12) so additional space is always appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything you needed. A special shoutout to Alexander, the barman—his exceptional service, warm smile, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. For me, I felt Alexander went above and beyond, offering some of the best hospitality I’ve ever received. Overall, I can’t fault this hotel. If I return to Bansko for another ski trip, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

We make a good choice for our winter holiday. The Sport hotel located 50 meters from Gondola. You don’t need to take a transfer. Stuff at the reception, housekeeping and waiters was very helpful. I am gluten free and they provide me gluten free bread, pancakes and desserts. I was pleasantly surprised by their caring attitude towards me. Thanks for everyone!

Its was reely nice hotel nearly to the Gondola. We stayed 4 nights with our frieds. Comfortable room, good breakfast with big shoice of cheese, hum, vegetables, fruits…. Dinner its not a buffet, its a la cart. You have a choice from salads, soups, main course and deser every day. For us it was good experience😍😍😍 We will came back again!
