Clean, quiet modern hotel in a pretty good location. Very good staff. Secure parking. Plenty of good eating places close by. Fuji supermarket about 2 mins walk. Small rooftop pool on level 8, fitness room and mini golf on level 9. The rooms are well arranged with separate sitting area separated from the bedroom by the kitchenette and shower room. All rooms have loads of storage spaces. The beds are comfortable lighting is all by touch controls. There are two balconies one with a large drying rack, there is also a washer/dryer in the kitchenette which we used to get all our washing done before flying home. I would definitely recommend and use again. Would also recommend room 701 top floor of accommodation rooms with no rooms on either side.

Check-in: Smooth and friendly staff that speaks English. No doorman, so have to haul luggage to the room yourself, there’s an elevator so that helps. Room: Spacious with huge beds, not much else but can’t expect much for the room rates. Location: located about a block from the main road, so you don’t need to deal with the noise. There are street food options a block from this property that serves tasty bbq skewers. There’s also a massage spot across the hotel, 250 baht for 1 hour foot massage. 5 minute walk to BTS station, 10 minutes to Em Quartier Mall. Great value for budget travelers and would highly recommend this property

I have stayed in this Hotel 4 times during Apr 2018 to Oct 2019. During the first visit, we liked Hotel so much that we booked during next visits. It has good room service, nearby area is beautiful and classy, staff is polite, clean room on daily basis, nearby BTS. There was unlimited Tea served. As I am Indian we love tea. We liked the staff named Ying Fadathorn, who was very sincere and working passionately. Initially I thought she is owner, but later on while discussion she was just receptionlist. Although there is Buffet Continental Breakfast, but during all the visits, We got bored with menu, same everytime. Can you please include items like Eggs or something. Otherwise hotel is above our expectations Ankush Pal, India

Overall, it was a less than stellar stay at Staybridge Suites. We found that the hotel is very understaffed and lacking in many areas.
We arrived at the hotel at about 3.45PM and room was not ready even thought checkin time was 3PM. They are not able to promise a ready room in half an hour either. Additionally, there are no bell boys to assist with luggage when you arrive either.
On two separate days, calls to reception to get house keeping to deliver additional water was acknowledged but never fulfilled. I had to go down and ask again.
The shower is either burning hot or cold and constantly switches between hot/cold states.
Breakfast is another terrible affair. Every dish is cold even at 5.30AM when the restaurant is open. Rice is super hard and cold. Chicken is usually tough like a cardboard. There is only one coffee machine. The small breakfast area for a 30 floor hotel meant that it's very chaotic.
All in all, too many glaring issues. I will probably not return.

It's a new hotel. The downtown area around Phrom Phong. The hotel is in an alley. A little far from the train station. Recommended for people with personal cars. The hotel is decorated very chicly. Suitable for teenagers There are many photo corners. The service staff is good. The welcome drink is like a yuzu orange smoothie. Eat and feel happy. I stayed in TRIBE Extra, size 28 sq m. The bedroom and bed were very soft and comfortable. There is a table to sit and eat. There is a sink for washing dishes, a sofa, and a dedicated plug-in zone for charging. The bathroom is a little small. And there is no payment line. (But there is automatic injection) The swimming pool is cool. Not a rooftop The size is not very big, the gym is very good, all the equipment is new, the best quality, and the dining room is very chicly decorated as well. For breakfast, you can choose 1 thing. I chose Japanese fried rice. It was so salty I really couldn't eat it. Overall, I was impressed with the newness and chicness of the hotel. Suitable for teenagers

Service quality is excellent and friendly. Breakfast covers a variety of food but taste is average.

I stayed a night. It's right off Sukhumvit and very close to Nana Plaza so you're going to get some traffic noise in addition to the music from Nana. I had no problem with the background noise but that's just me. The location is great though. There's a 7/11 on one side and a restaurant on the other. I would definitely recommend.

The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean. Food was easy to find. Seven eleven was 5 minutes waling distance. The airport rail link was just across the hotel.
The situation was far less livid than around 5-6 years ago when I went there. For example, the starbucks across the street was closed (maybe for renovation?) but the whole shopping complex was dead. Before there's an escalator from outside the hotel directly tonthe train station. Now, you have to go cross the street.

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent 5 starts hotel. Highlights include the truly excellent staff, who are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Fitness center and pool are both excellent. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices in Thai style, European and Chinese. Overall the food quality is excellent.
We will continue to stay in this hotel for our next holiday in Bangkok.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18

LLim YingminLocation is excellent, is linked to MBK and from MBK, one is able to walk to Siam area, like Siam Paragon. We are upgraded to the corner unit, is spacious and comfortable. One small short coming is that the towels can smell better and I prefer the beds to be slightly more flush. The highly raved breakfast is decent, I like the cafe latte. Hotel is huge with a sense of grandeur. I hope I can use their amenities, this trip is a rush one. Will return.

Very clean and modern hotel room. Overall good value for the price considering it has a microwave and a full fridge/freezer. No utensils, though. 2 bottles of water and coffee packets provided
The bathroom is a bit small but just right for one person with enough space to manuever from the toilet, shower,and sink. Soap provided
Surprisingly there is no safe in the unit. The bed is a typical Thai hard bed. There is an attempt to make it softer by using a mattress topper but it is still stiff. Shower is decent.
7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk away.
Very inaccurate that there is an ”airport shuttle”.
What they offer is to drop you off at a Sky Train Station.
You still need to walk to Departure area.
The sign in the lobby says the airport shuttle is 800BAHT one way which is absolutely ridiculous!
Although the airport is 3km away, it took 18 minutes and cost 148 baht on GRAB to be dropped off right in the departure lane.
Recommend downloading the GRAB app and don't bother with the hotel shuttle service
I found the front desk staff and security to be hospitable and had no concerns with the service.

My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

GGuest UserAbsolutely recommended hotel, lobby feels like a 5* hotel and actually costs more expensive than many other 4*. Room is quite small but shower is fantastic, as well as bed comfort, also easy to manage the lighting in the room, plenty of buttons everywhere. Location is a bit far from BTS, located on side street between Asok and Phrom Phong, so both stations are equal walking distance. Breakfast was quite good, but not superb, with enough options. We stayed just 1 night so didn’t use a pool. Overall great hotel, I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bangkok. The building is very nice and clean, our room was very well laid out. Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.

GGuest UserWhile the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. Once inside rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful -
