The only thing that is good with this accommodation is the location. I had trouble about the door as it cannot be locked due to battery run out (keycard system). I noticed the incident after being in and out for awhile. When reporting that to the barista/receptionist, they promised to fix it saying there shouldn’t be anyone stepping into those rooms anyways. It was fine until i went back the room and found out that the door is still unable to be locked. That means they left it “unlocked “ knowing that all of my precious items were there. And yes, I had to stay one night with the broken system, unlocked door, manually locked. The next morning still no signs, i had to ask/beg them to come up and fix the door immediately.
This is such a horrible situation. Imagine if my laptop got steal and all the data were gone? What and how will you be responsible for it? We reported directly knowing and trusting that you would immediately fix that problem which is the highest priority but it turned out there was nothing?
Among others, the room doesn’t block the outside noises. We heard Chinese people chatting and bantering all the time, even the door was banging so loud that could wake us up.
