I chose to stay in this hotel becuz of the rating and the location… however, it was quite a disappointment. Check in took me a bit time because I arrived earlier than normal check in time… but they let me check in earlier and gave me a room… which was good… However, when I checked in my room, I was doing make up in the toilet and I didn’t hear the bell rang… the staffs of the hotel opened the door with their key and I was shocked… they called the receptionist to ask what was wrong and I could not understand what was wrong… They told me” madam it was okay!” Obviously it was not okay for me! Then 2 mins later, a receptionist called for some gift for another guest they left in the room. I saw it when I checked in but I didn’t touch it…so they wanted to come to my room and get it. I said okay. So they came to get it. At night, I was in the room. I noticed somebody(guests staying next door) was trying to open the access door which really scared me. Like someone wanna break into my room. Luckily I booked just one night… I don’t think I would ever stay in this hotel again. It is not worth the money and also the facilities are very basic.. like they were trying to time some normal apt into a service apt… however… if you are planning to stay for short term, pick a proper hotel!!!

The elevators are a complete mess. For example, we lived on the 43rd floor, to have breakfast, we had to first go down to the reception on the 18th floor, change the elevator and go up to the 76th floor. If we take into account the overcrowding of the hotel, and during rush hour the elevator opened on almost every floor, then on average it took about 30 minutes for the entire journey. Breakfast is focused on Chinese and Indian cuisine. In other respects, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel that can also offer only Indian and Chinese cuisine. Nice bar on the 18th floor. The rooms are large, but the carpet on the floor is noticeably outdated.

Great customer services at the reception whenever you need any assistance, good and delicious international buffet breakfast, free buggy services 24 hours to nearby few locations, 15 mins head and shoulders massage services require to book in an advance and also traditional Thai photo taking service need to book in advance too☺️ friendly and cheerful Kam and Kik 👍 Nice and clean room will highly recommend to my friends if they are going to Bangkok. We have been staying at Anantara Riverside Bangkok for over 20 years. The environment is excellent, as well as the service, the buffet breakfast, the reception, the shuttle boat service and the room. Everything was perfect and good for family travellers. As I travelled to Bangkok to celebrate my mother's 74th Chinese Birthday, the hotel offer us a small but tasty and good looking birthday cake. Moreover, as we are super fans of this hotel since year 2003, the hotel grand us free access to Kasara Lounge which made this journey even more unforgettable. If we travel to Bangkok, we will definitely stay again at Anantara Riverside Bangkok. I would like to thank Mr. Michael Robinson, General Manager and Ms Supaporn Piromklad, Director of Rooms, Ms NJ, Ms Gift, Mr. Diamond and all the staff for all the kind attention and excellent service rendered during our stay. Anantara Riverside Bangkok made us feel like staying home and we had enjoyed another pleasant stay.

Perfect! Location is perfect. Service is perfect. Breakfast are great, different choices although same type everyday but atleast it is of different cuisines. Room is clean although it’s better if there’s clock and tissue on the bedside. Room is big and well cleaned daily. Too bad wasn’t able to take picture of the room as my kids immediately lay down on bed. Highly recommend this hotel. It is walking distance to Central World and big C. Also walk by 10mins via footbridge then you can reach Siam Paragon. Platinum Mall is just opposite but wasn’t able to enter it. Pool is okay but not big. Will definitely stay here again.

We travel 3 adults and arrived at midnight. We had called the hotel to confirm an extra bed. But they only prepare it after we arrived and need to wait quite a while when aldy exhausted. The front desk staff is kind and nice & informed us that only smoking rooms avail. Cannot do anything except to accept. Room was very hot eventhought on max temp. Had informed that came for birthday celebration but nothing was prepared. Kinda sad since they are 5 stars hotel. The concierge very nice and helpful tho. For next stay I might think thrice if want to stay at the hotel or not....not living up to their brand and star ratings

I would definitely recommend Evergreen Place to others who are looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay in Bangkok. Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable amenities, nice view overlooking the Siamscape, Siam Square, Siam Paragon. Location is convenient but somehow some of the Grab drivers always stopped at the wrong hotel (Asia Bangkok Hotel) as Evergreen Place lobby is behind the main Evergreen Residence. BTS train is 5 minutes away walking. Please note that this hotel is not a halal-certified hotel. Hence, guests need to be more cautious when eating the breakfast.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our stop over in Bangkok. As soon as we arrived we were so impressed; the lobby was super inviting and modern. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and attentive to our every need during our stay. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the views of Bangkok from our window were just insane, we had a perfect view of the sunset and at night time it just felt magical! We could even see the Mahanakon Sky walk from our room which wasn’t far from the hotel which we ended up visiting ( would recommend if you like heights and a roof top drink! ) The room was spacious, we had all our luxuries with coffee/ tea, hairdryer and even the small details of supplying some extra toiletries ( my girlfriend really appreciated these ! ) The room felt very modern and was a comfortable place for us to catch up on some work ( as we work online ) whilst feeling right at home. On that note the wifi is very fast! Whilst travelling around we love to make time to keep on top of our fitness and the hotel gym was perfect for our needs, great variety of equipment and floor space for yoga. The outdoor pool was perfect to chill out on the loungers and go for a dip with some scenic city views! We also had breakfast here and the variety of hot / cold food was good and the coffees were amazing! The omelette station was our favourite! We were told they are building a bar and restaurant for the 38th floor which wasn’t ready when we were there but that will definitely be such a nice touch! Gutted we couldn’t experience that, maybe next time when we come back to Bangkok. Location was very good, not far from shopping centres like icon Siam and central world ( about 10 min taxi ride ) and a few restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. It's also a 15 minute walk to Lumpini park. Would really recommend this hotel for comfort, location, wifi and just a really lovely stay! Can’t wait to come back! Lauren and Reece.
