Cleanliness and ease of booking. Unfortunately, the hotel is right in the city center, so it's difficult to get to nearby restaurants on foot without using Grab.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and on the 17th floor with a view of the high-rise buildings, which created a great atmosphere. Housekeeping was daily. The staff were unobtrusive, barely noticeable. Overall, a very comfortable stay at this hotel; we really enjoyed it.

1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day. 2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small. 3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.
