3rd time stayed in bangi resort.short vacation with family.enjoyed the facilities and environment.my son enjoyed to feed fish and swimming at the big swimming pool.. definitely will come again

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!

Smooth chk in as usual. Room upgraded to Premier and very spacious .

The Heritage Room which I stayed in has tastefully selected furniture & deco. It's a good idea to put a rug beneath the bed. My room has a stunning view. Love this hotel and will certainly come back again.

The hotel is good and majestic. But there is not much to do around it. Pretty views and big room. Clean too.

Nice view. We like concept restaurant che wan in the hotel. Large , clean swimming pool, a lot of parking space and FOC. But deposit RM250 and early check out at 11am

Nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfy. Friendly & efficient check-in and check-out staff. Stayed here to attend a 500+ pax event. Hall is big and comfortable with toilets close by. Event food is acceptable.

During our stay around 3am-4am the Aircond was leaking and there is no help provided after we informed the reception in first few minutes. After we screw them up only they do the work little faster. We ended up move to other room. Poor kids really struggled during that late night. Service was poor they only take action after I started to make noise about it. Other than it was okay. Everything is chargeable at this hotel. So check with reception upfront before placing any request.

The room was spacious, only the water pressure was slow, especially bidet.

One of the best hotel in Selangor. Very recommended especially for couples honeymoon. All the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet are the best
