For me it's a little difficult to check in cause you have to take the key near another place then drive to the train parking near the top. then after the parking lot you need to know which side is tower A and which one is tower B. if you go to the wrong tower then you have to go back down near the parking lot and put back the luggage all inside your car and go to the opposite building. mcm payah la for me. card can only be used for your floor only. sp if ur room 17th floor, 17th floor je you can prgi. so the condition of the view room is all really beautiful. very clean.

You can stay here if you want to chill and relax.. the place is quiet and quiet relax.. because I really don't like the crowd 😅 , inshaa Alloh can book again next time 😊 ..

The only issue I find staying here is the lack of towel and no water heater. Other than that, the view is great and the fan is good enough for a good night sleep. Lift to car and house is easily accessible.

Booked 3 rooms for friends from Perak, attending competition at UNITEN, homestay very closed to venue and it's clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The Park Inn Hotel generally offers a comfortable and pleasant experience, with friendly staff and good amenities. However, if you’re considering staying there, be aware that some rooms are on the smaller side. While they’re often clean and well-maintained, the compact space can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The smaller rooms are likely best suited for solo travelers or those planning a short stay. Despite this, the hotel typically makes good use of the space, with modern decor and all the essentials to make the stay enjoyable.

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!

First, I was given a room on the 10th floor, room 1003. Upon entering, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, and when I went to use the washroom, I saw that the water closet was not properly cleaned, with visible urine stains left on it. I called the front desk and requested a room change. Mr. Amir from the Front Office staff provided me with a new key card for room 1103 on the 11th floor. In this new room, the TV was left on, and the hair dryer drawer was left open by the room attendant. When I took a shower, I found the bathroom floor extremely sticky, making me uncomfortable. Additionally, there were some unsettling pencil marks on the toilet door, which made me feel uneasy. After informing the front desk about these cleanliness issues, I was moved again to room 1205 on the 12th floor. I feel this situation highlights some serious issues within the housekeeping department. Manager Hafiz should take action regarding cleanliness standards, and it’s surprising that the Housekeeping Supervisor didn’t notice these issues in a room prepared for a guest.
