We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter on Christmas Eve. The location, hospitality, cleanliness, design, and facilities were all wonderful. It was a wonderful Christmas memory. We had both dinner and breakfast as a buffet. It's convenient when you have small children because you can choose the menu and the amount. The Christmas dessert was so cute!! There was a surprise appearance by Santa Claus. The taste was not impressive. The next day, after checking out, we played in the kids' room and my daughter participated in the Christmas activities. After that, they left our luggage for us to go sightseeing in Ubud and we used the shuttle!

I got the perfect room for my 4 nights stay. It was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Really like it. The location was near to all restaurants and some beach clubs around Seminyak. I will definitely come back. Thanks also to their Manager Argainne for taking care of me and made sure that I arrived safe and comfy in the hotel since I arrived at 2 am. She’s really helpful. I do not rate Prama a straight 5s because I do not want other people to know how good it is. We stayed in Prama for six nights from 24 to 30 October 2024. We chose Prama for, mainly, its location, price and nice pool. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was newly renovated and quite big. We booked the cheapest room but the view was still Okay. The layout is perfect, you walked down from your room, a short stroll to the pool and then you would reach the breach in no time. There were plenty of sun loungers so you did not have to fight for one. There were countless numbers of eateries and massage ladies outside. One hour massage only costed you HKD50, much much cheaper than other East Asian countries. The price of drink and food was also unbelievably low. On average it costed less than HKD200 for a quite decent dinner with meat, fish, prawn, veggie and drinks. It is not perfect, of course. There are places that still have room for improvement. An example is airconditioning and water pressure. But Prama offered to swap a room for us, which we politely declined as we found the situation bearable. Yes, Prama showed some sign of age. But you were having a vacation in a sub-tropical region. The vibe was exactly what we looked for. So no complaint at all. All in all, we were highly satisfied with Prama and will definitely come back.

Been to Bali many times but it's my first time staying in this area. Can't deny this area is a bit crazy - lots of traffic and definitely not a tranquil district in Bali. However, Swiss Belhotel Tuban make it feels like you're isolated from the noise. I totally enjoyed my 3 nights stay here: Room - spacious, modern and very clean, have a beautiful city and a bit of sunset view from the balcony. Worth paying just a bit more to have a balcony with city view. Shower pressure fantastic. Have all the amenities you need. Staffs - From front desk to restaurant to pool to room attendants to security staffs at the entrance, everybody always smiling, polite and offer excellent service Pool - very clean and big, lots of sunbathing time, love it Buffet breakfast - lots of varieties to choose from and delicious, love the fresh turmeric juice they offer Area - busy area with traffic jam :( (not the hotel's fault) but also very convenient if you like to go shopping and the beach. Just a 10 - 13 mins walking distance to the beach and Discovery Mall. Lots of nice little restos and cheap warungs with yummy food nearby the hotel. Don't forget to try Warung Yuma (just go out the hotel, right hand side on the road, super close), cheap price with big portion, delicious local/ Chinese food. 100% recommend Swiss Belhotel Tuban if you want to stay in Kuta.

Great location close to shops restaurants and beaches. Interesting location behind a small mall which is convenient - money changer, laundry, bakery etc easily available. The hotel kindly allocated first available room even though it was 1.5 hours before checkin as I had an online meeting to attend. Pool and poolside bar was good. Only complaint was that there were no toilet rolls at all in the room and it took 2 calls and 20 minutes to get anyone to respond.

Room is nice and modern. Breakfast box is provided when requested for early Nusa Penida one-day trip. We found so many ants in the room, e.g., wall, working table, closet. Staff use insect repellent spray and it's kinda work. The security team is quite impressive, they help us get in the car and leading to our corrected elevator.
