Fine Bungalow accommodation in the travel fields. The reception staff are very nice and willing to ask questions and wishes. Our spontaneous transfer requested after Check Out could only arrive in an hour until then we were allowed to continue using our room. The pool and the rooms are very clean and modern. There are good restaurants near (with motorrollers).

It is well located on the main road which leads to the beach directly. Surrounded by many restaurants and clothing shops. Easy check in and out. The staff is super polite and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice hot shower plus amenities for the room, well equipped with hangers and a safety deposit box. The only thing was that it's a bit noisy from the street. But the room had a balcony and great view of the ocean from a distance.

Our first stay back in Bali! It’s on a quiet street so we slept well with only the sounds from the nearby construction to tell us the sun came up. Astera Villa Canggu was equipped with modern appliances that you would ever need. The beds are large and the rooms are even more spacious with a built-in hammock by the corner. The weather was great during our stay for us to enjoy both the jacuzzi and the pool. The only disappointment was when they couldnt grant my request for a special arrangement from the day before check-in. Wished they had put in the extra effort to enhance our stay experience as we were celebrating a special occasion.

I got the perfect room for my 4 nights stay. It was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Really like it. The location was near to all restaurants and some beach clubs around Seminyak. I will definitely come back. Thanks also to their Manager Argainne for taking care of me and made sure that I arrived safe and comfy in the hotel since I arrived at 2 am. She’s really helpful. The hotel has been taken over by the domestic 7-day group. Booked from the official website to pick up the pick-up, came to pick up the Chinese staff, very affordable price, we booked a suite on the first floor, soundproofed, the room is large and comfortable. There is a 1.2 meter deep pool. Except that the bathroom design is a bit inconvenient, the hot water is a bit slow, the shower head is too high, and can't take it down. Breakfast is a la carte, a little simple, but the hotel for a hundred dollars is understandable. The clerks are very polite. Walk to the beach for about half an hour, suggest a taxi, 10 minutes from Carrefour.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Over all the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is right of the heart in Kuta Centre, Central Kuta Park is ideal. But don't shock if you have to pay many times of the parking fee because the hotel doesn't have any cooperation with the parking system around there, if you make it to stay at the hotel in the next door. They have included the parking fee for that hotel. Every day Kuta Hotel doesn't have that privilege, so you MUST pay extra for the parking fee! Room is basic, and ok. clean? as I have experience in 1217 room there were many stains and dirty on the bed sheets, the window isn't clean, and when you look outside. There was a dead mouse just right at the front. don't shock if the smells would be all around. The bathroom is ok, will take 2 minutes to get a hot shower, you need to re-setup again as it wasn't a warm shower but super-hot water. the drainage is clogging, you'll have a flooded floor because of it. and it will take few minutes to let them go. That was my experience staying at Every day, maybe you will have a different and good experience. I booked for Room Only as I leave super early for my flight, so I wasn't experiencing a breakfast as I don't book it as well. Will consider tor returning. not promise!

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is built on a mountain and is very quiet, suitable for a holiday. The driver Wayan arranged by the hotel is very nice, has great English, smooth communication, thoughtful service, and first-class driving skills. He took us to the East and West attractions of Bunida Island. He is both a driver and a tour guide, and he also helped us take pictures. When we stopped at the attractions, he waited for us patiently and took us to a seaside restaurant with a beautiful environment and chic and delicious food, where we enjoyed the food while listening to beautiful music. 2 days of East and West attractions, plus 2 hours of 3 snorkeling spots, saw manta rays, beautiful and colorful fish, beautiful corals and turtles, and the staff of the snorkeling company also helped us take pictures and videos. We were lucky to meet dolphins. We went directly to the hotel manager to arrange the 2-day tour itinerary. We are very satisfied with the 2-day itinerary arrangement. It's great! It's much better than finding a tour group. There is plenty of time to play, and Wayan's driver has a good service attitude. It is highly recommended to find the hotel manager to arrange the tour itinerary. It takes 2 days to visit the east and west lines of Bunida Island, plus snorkeling.
