All staff are very friendly. Easy to communicate. Is just that whenever we asking for make up room, housekeeping forgot to give new tooth brush, change mat, even if we already requested it earlier.

Everything was average, but I do appreciate the size of the private pool.

The Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Hotel is a regular holiday hotel for us when we're in Kuta. Being located on Jalan Raya Kuta, this hotel provides us with easy access to the Trans Metro Dewata buses at Sentral Parkir Kuta. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies overlooking the pool. The breakfasts are excellent with a choice of Indonesian, Indian and Chinese dishes. The staff in particular are super friendly and helpful. And with a gym and sauna, extra pleasures are available.

I didn’t like the bathroom. Everywhere got wet when showering. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff because I stayed for a few hours but restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok. The hotel is very close to the airport

Booking through Trip.com was a seamless experience, making it the easiest app I've ever used for booking accommodations. Room number 132, which came with a private pool, was clean and everything went smoothly. However, I must highlight some aspects that impacted my stay. The room's privacy, particularly while using the pool, was compromised as people from the back building could see in. Additionally, the constant barking of dogs at night and early morning bird noises disrupted our sleep throughout our stay. On a positive note, our breakfast experience at THE BARSERRIE Restaurant was exceptional. The wide array of food choices was delightful, and the service provided by Sri, Ayu, and the team was top-notch, marked by their beautiful smiles and outstanding hospitality. I would like to bring to your attention a cleanliness issue regarding the pillows in the room, which appeared to be very dirty. Overall, while there were highlights to our stay, such as the excellent service at the restaurant, I believe addressing the privacy concerns in certain rooms and ensuring better cleanliness standards, especially with the bedding, could significantly enhance the guest experience at Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta.
