Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Hotel Neo Jelantik Dear Mr. Owner/Mr. Manager, I hope this message finds you well. Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality that we experienced during our stay. From the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. I would rate the service 5/5 without hesitation. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by an unfortunate issue. After our second night, we encountered a bed bug infestation in our room, which was a significant concern. This experience left us disappointed, as it impacted what otherwise would have been a perfect stay. I kindly request that you pay closer attention to room cleanliness, especially regarding the bedding. While minor issues like the occasional roach can be expected due to the local humidity, bed bugs represent a serious concern that can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful property. As a family who also runs a chain of hotels in Malaysia, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly when it comes to pests. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but because I truly care about the hospitality industry and want to see it continue to grow and improve everywhere. I believe that Hotel Neo Jelantik has a lot of potential and is a beautiful property with a unique and classy design. However, addressing this issue of cleanliness, particularly regarding bed bugs, will be essential to ensure that the hotel can maintain its reputation as a top-tier destination in Kuta, Bali. Great service, decent bolted down safe and free water on each floor with breakfast buffet breakfast for 75k. The only downside is the lack of hot water for showering...

The price and location is good. Clean. Nearby legian walking street, convenient store, restaurant and bar. May be Abit far to the beach and Abit dark during the night. The only minus is the window was facing the wall.

Parking space very limited but they offered valet parking Room kinda small, bathroom door cant be locked, refuse to give a second card key, but atleast they granted my reschedule due to wrong booking date. Still great

The room is very clean, good location, good services & amenities. One day i would be back to this hotel when i am back to bali
