The resort is located at very convenient location nearby Bali Collection. The hotel also has a good ocean view. Also, the resort has lots variety of restaurants and facilities. However, hotel service and cleanliness need to further improve. Disappointed with their service. Most of the facilities in the hotel also incurred additional charges. There are reviews that can play Pickleball at the Tennis court, but when we checked with the hotel. We are told it’s not allowed.

All round excellent. Excellent facilities(pool, gym, room), friendly staff, great food at their many restaurants, never really need to leave the resort. Short walk to shops, or free shuttle available.

Hotel’s location is good and hotel is family friendly. We have enjoyed our stay here. Would come back up when visiting Bali next time.

Amazing hotel, amazing location. Unfortunately we had cockroach in our room & poo droppings in our bed. Staff just replaced linen no option to change room. If wasn’t so late we would have asked for refund and changed hotel.

Toddlers room open from 9am even though there is no such toddler who will wake up at 9. They are up from 6-7am. So having an option to come to the playroom before 9am would be great fro all parents. Food was goof but overall pricey. Especially because of ++ system.
