Bliss Surfer Hotel by Tritama Hospitality Reviews

I was in doubt when I’ve made booking of this hotel, afraid of what if it didn’t meet my expectations. I was wrong. Received warm welcome from friendly front desk girl that can speak English well. Very nice lobby/ waiting area and in front of hotel, there is huge parking lot. There are convenient store, Rumah Makan Nasi Padang, cafes just next to Hotel. Very convenient. 10-12 mins walk to the beach and main area of Kuta. My room was ready before 2pm, facing the pool. What I like the most of this hotel was the privacy due to it’s location. No sounds of busy road or clubs. Except sound of a roaster that so loud every morning. But I don’t mind at all. I stayed here for 4 nights, room was cleaned daily, breakfast option are fantastic ( buffet style) and cheap. Clean pool with towel provided. The room is spacious with balcony. The A/C works well, various TV channel. Comfortable bed and nice pillow. I really love this hotel and will book again in the future.

We had a beautiful stay at the bliss surfer. Had a few glitches and everything was sorted within minutes. Staff from the front desk all the way to housekeeping truly make the place a home away from home. Ayu with a beautiful smile and a willingness to help no matter how many times she gets called. THANK YOU. The place really is a vibe, it’s within a walking distance from many eateries and shopping markets. The pool was being renovated but it promises to be a vibe once done. My recommendation is a bit more choice on the breakfast and a gradual upgrade of linen and towels to complete the good vibes. Thank you, my family loved the whole stay.

Room size is good . Aircon not get enough cool Called service personnel he came and try to rectify but the problem is still persist Beside the room early morning animal noisy( chicken) Breakfast also limited. Other than hotel all ok

I stayed 3 night, it’s fantastic ( compared with the local offers) no mold on the wall, no bad smell from the WC, no humidity..  staff is really really friendly and adorable ( they try to satisfy all your needs) you can pay by card or cash ( up to you)  Room very spacious, with desk chair and balcony ( there’s also a couch on the balcony.. super)  Nice swimming pool  Highly recommend

After a slight concern the management rectified beyond expectations. Fantastic location close to street shopping , bars and restaurants. Beautiful staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Amazing clean room where the hot water was hot, the a/c was cold, the fridge worked and comfy bed. Thank you Bliss Surfers for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasure to return to Bliss Surfer, staff are amazing always friendly and so helpful. Hotel rooms are big and swimming pool is great for recovery after a big night.... Close enough to bars and clubs but far enough to have quiet nights in.

Travel with group of friend and the price offer is affordable. Location is good and better use motorbike if wanna go around. The staff is friendly and helpful with always smile. We get the welcome drink while waiting the room to be ready. The room is spacious and love the balcony were can get pretty nice view. The cleanliness overall can be improve especially the smell of the room and batroom. The light is too yellow and I think better to get some change for a better view at night and the good one is for muslim especially, the hotel provide prayer direction sign. Hotel also offer currency exchange which a good and did try the massage at the hotel which is so good.

Rooms are big, they delivered early 4 am take away breakfast also. Location is not so good.. There is one India resturant Maharaj that is really good for indian food. Breakfast buffet was average not so good. Safe for family. Swimming pool timings are 8 am till 8 pm so you will not be able to use is as during this time you will be out of hotel only.

Clean, friendly staff. Got bikes to rent. Spent one night there, good price. I can book again
