(+)This is my second time staying here. The front desk personel are very helpful, friendly and speak English well.
Noticed that the hotel has upgraded their inside compound with new gazebos, and place to hang out during the day. Good job. Me and my partner really love the fresh look!
Variety Breakfast selection.
Room are clean, spacious with nice pool view.
All staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Def will stay here again!
(-)The only shortfall was the Wifi connection was not stable. Keep disconnecting.

We had a beautiful stay at the bliss surfer. Had a few glitches and everything was sorted within minutes.
Staff from the front desk all the way to housekeeping truly make the place a home away from home.
Ayu with a beautiful smile and a willingness to help no matter how many times she gets called. THANK YOU.
The place really is a vibe, it’s within a walking distance from many eateries and shopping markets.
The pool was being renovated but it promises to be a vibe once done.
My recommendation is a bit more choice on the breakfast and a gradual upgrade of linen and towels to complete the good vibes.
Thank you, my family loved the whole stay.

The staff were warm and friendly, providing top-notch service that made my stay truly unforgettable. The highlights of my stay included a decadent breakfast served in the swimming pool, a rejuvenating spa treatment, and a romantic flower bath. The breakfast in the pool was particularly amazing! The hotel's proximity to the beach, just a 10-minute walk away, was an added bonus. Thank you for making my day in Bali so memorable. Room size is good .
Aircon not get enough cool
Called service personnel he came and try to rectify but the problem is still persist
Beside the room early morning animal noisy( chicken)
Breakfast also limited.

I stayed 3 night, it’s fantastic ( compared with the local offers) no mold on the wall, no bad smell from the WC, no humidity..
staff is really really friendly and adorable ( they try to satisfy all your needs) you can pay by card or cash ( up to you)
Room very spacious, with desk chair and balcony ( there’s also a couch on the balcony.. super)
