Really satisfied to stay in this hotel, very spacious and convenient place. Food is really good, the staff are really humble and helpful. Nothing bad to say. I will recommend this place to my friends

Not upto the mark not renovated many things are not working. They ask for more and more money always.

very good hotel, we loved our stay with excellent breakfast, the pool is fine. However at night there was no water refill and when we asked for water they refilled our bottle with tap water which can be very dangerous

BW Villa is a little gem away fr the tourist places in Bali. Love the peace and quiet. The villa/hotel was a bit dated but clean. Every staff member were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was pretty good, Western and local dishes. Getting around by Grab to Kuta Beach Walk and Legian barely 10/15 mins away. We enjoyed our stay here👍

Very nice and friendly people work there. Not far from airport, to the beach 30 min walk.

Fantastic Hotel at Fantastic price.. amenities are awesome and room comfort is beyond expectations calm, clean, spacious with no problems at all.. staff are helpful and cheerful.. room cleaning staff , breakfast staff are good. Stayed 10 days and Kadet in housekeeping was very good and hard working.

I thought by the brand this would be OK and it was close to the airport and reasonably priced. The staff are lovely. It looks nice at first pass. But I was not happy here. The A/C was old and didn't cool. The rooms were humid and full of mozzies. The private pools sound great but are more like breeding grounds for mosquitoes! The bedding was stained and didn't cover the stained mattress. The TV didn't work. The breakfast was basic. I couldn't get out fast enough.

This hotel is decent but could really use an overhaul. If you stay in the main villa building, it’s ok, because the room and bathroom are spacious. But not in the other options- the “upgraded” rooms on the side -with a small dip-in pool in the front compound may have been unique 30 years ago but just not practical today. The “connecting” bathroom was so cramped and its doors needs replacement. Better use the courtyard space as bathroom. The local breakfast was pretty good but the croissants were dry and perhaps a bit stale already. Refurbish and you’ll be a favourite again!

Lovely staff. Pretty gardens and pool area. Good food. Older hotel & rooms need cleaning.
