Five-star service and five-star enjoyment are my favorite moments in bali.

Everything from check in to check out was nothing but amazing. Hotel grounds are well maintained, all the staff were polite, attentive and discreet. Our assigned butler, Dewa, made sure all our activities were arranged and even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake in the villa. Villas are well designed for privacy and the hotel grounds are vast enough that it never seemed crowded. It’s a splurge but it’s well worth the experience. Will definitely be back.

Most of the staffs here really need to read the book Pride and Prejudice.

This is our second time visit to the resort which has been very well kept. They’ve introduced two new initiatives this time. 1)appointment of a butler to take care of his/her respective hotel guests. As such, i only need to deal with one contact point for all my requests which provides me with the greatest convenience. My butler Rose has been extremely helpful to hv fetched me a table at the hard book Italian restaurant and book massage despite it was a last minute request. Her meticulous arrangements have made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. 2) breakfast is served around the clock one time every day. Guests can now order breakfast from the menu as they wish. They’re very generous. You could simply order as much as you want, with different portion and free combination. I truly feel that this is more eco friendly than the traditional buffet style. And they do deliver the food at the highest quality by freshly making them. All staff are well trained, courteous and passionate. I do feel that they enjoy the work, and that’s how they strive to make every guest to hv a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had a best ever family trip here at Bulgari resort and we’ve planned to come back once again!

The hotel has the best view in Bali and we really enjoy our time staying there. especially the Max from the restaurant is super helpful.

To stay until the third day to be able to experience its low-key luxury, but just arrived that the villa was not as big as imagined. After a little longer you will find details like the speed of service response, the delicate beauty of landscaping, the quality of building materials. Dinner at an Italian restaurant is the best meal. But actually only two restaurants find it very inconvenient. But the whole experience is very secretive, there are not many people, and it feels quite good to have a charter wherever you go. But if I pay for it, I think it’s too expensive. The room fee is expensive, and drinking and eating are even more expensive. It’s about 1.5 to 2 times that of a five-star hotel in Bangkok, and so is the spa. Traffic throughout Bali is really bad, the traffic jams are worse than Bangkok and Beijing, so, I think if you want to go to the sea island, it is better to choose the island in Thailand, will feel very much value for money.

The service is very good. The butler is online 24 hours a day. The landscape and hotel design are also very unique. The combination of nature and humanities makes the photos very good. The food also suits the appetite of Asians. The food cooked by white people is also better than other hotels. I recommend the butler Owen!

What is a luxury resort hotel? A home from home! The feeling of home means that you can check in at any time, check in early when the early flight arrives, and check out later when the late flight leaves; breakfast is available 24 hours a day, and can be delivered to the room if you don’t want to go to the restaurant; unlimited laundry service every day, clothes are washed, ironed, and hung neatly in the closet; no matter where you meet the staff, they will provide you with a home-like service, and they will take the initiative to help you call an electric car wherever you go, even if you don’t need it. When you are on vacation here, you only need to swim, sunbathe, be in a daze, meditate, and relax completely.

Perfect. Everything is exquisite. The service is caring and comfortable. The temple purification ceremony is very special.

The view is great, the non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are free, and most importantly, you can check out late, which is very friendly for people with late flights. If the villa has been booked, you can even switch to another empty villa for late check-out
