There are too many bugs, the facilities are old and need to be improved, but the service is good

Hotel-Villa, in a good location, greenery, beauty, panorama. Upon arrival, they gave a room near the road, I refused, again the conversation that you need to pay extra 100,000 per night for a room in the depths of the villa, I refused. After 20 minutes of searching, we found a room by the pool. You can swim in the pool. There are free rooms, why this divorce and not a pleasant aftertaste, when the client is pleased and likes him, he will come again and again. There is a choice for breakfast, I liked the coffee and smoothies. The room is tired big and white, bath (painted with white paint inside), cleaning and change of towels every day. The sheets were not changed, only the bed was made. The noise from the road from bikes and cars is very audible at night, and there is also Karaoke at the frogs and a disco at the gepons - there’s nothing to be done about it, living creatures don’t bother me. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Ubud Palace on time.

It was perfect place for me like a solo traveler . Ive choose jure 3 villa. It’s oposite side of hotel with jungle view. No people on this side. Door to door with yoga sala. Highly recommend trying yoga there. Walking to pool wherever you want. Very cost and authentic place with a view on rice field from one side and jungle another. Cleaning was every day. Shuttle service to ubud every 2 h. I took bike right there in hotel. Feels like you come to family home the team and environment. 8 on bike to ubud,

I can only recommend staying at B Saya ! What is the most special about this place is extremely kind and helpful staff . They are always around to help you and take care of you to make your holidays even more memorable . The service is excellent and on top of that the location of the villas offer incredible views over the greenery . The food is really, really good and the restaurant offers many option. We didn't want to leave . Much recommended !

This is the second time my girlfriend and I stayed here. This is clearly our favorite accommodation in Ubud. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The view from Rijasa 1 is just breathtaking. We will definitely be back a third time. Thanks again!

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s just a gorgeous place to be, the view/scenery overlooking the rice fields with lots of greenery, just love the nature. Very neat, tidy and clean place. Good breakfast, too, but above all, the people, each and every one of them … very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff were really helpful although information initially was a bit scarce, they did everything that they could to make sure that we had everything that we needed Beautiful relaxing spot to stay even if it is a little out of town The hotel shuttle makes sure you can get there

Absolutely lovely people working at this place. Always greeting with such genuine warmth. The rooms are great and the pool is clean and cool with a sweet view onto the rice field. Its also 5 min scooter from downtown Ubud... close enough to go check the action, but quiet enough to be in nature

Great location - not too close to the center but also not too far. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, this place has a beautiful view of the rice fields and it’s perfect for sunset.

Actually, I booked for Jure Jungle View, because I really wanted to stay with jungle view. But unfortunately it is under construction, so they upgrade to suite. Frankly speaking, I'm not 100% satisfied, because I got at first floor, and there was another guest upstair. It was SO NOISY! :(( in front of room there is a rice field, but unfortunately they put some of plants that a lil bit blocking the view of rice fields.

Very nice and helpful hosts compared to other places we have stayed. Beautiful view of rice fields and nature. Delicious breakfasts. Internet is available, but not always stable. Could see the sunset from the window (room was in second floor - Rijasa 1, in my opinion best room). Close to Ubud center with free shuttle bus every 2 hours.
