We had a great time at Kailash. It's close to some beautiful waterfalls but a little far from central Ubud. You can rent bikes at the hotel, it's very convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and the complimentary breakfast is really good.

The breakfast was more than enough, and even earlier on the day of check-out so we could make the ferry on our way to Nusa Penida.
Clean room, silent AC and an amazing crew working day round.

Our hotel room was incredible, with a four poster bed and a nice balcony to look at the greenery of the wilderness around. The area the hotel is in is quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet its a quick drive away from Ubud town. Ubud is extremely busy area, with lots of shop, restaurants and the monkey forest. It is also not too far from waterfalls, art shops and temples (if you are looking for something to do!). The staff at the hotel were incredible and could not do enough for you, helping us with bags, sorting out taxis and just generally being extremely friendly. Most evenings we stayed out in Ubud for dinner, but we did stay at the hotel for dinner on one of the nights and the prices were extremely affordable. I really do recommend this hotel especially if you want a nice relaxing trip which isn't too far away from all the local activities.

I just want to say a massive Thankyou to all the staff at Kaliash bali for being so lovely and welcoming , the homestay really felt like home … everyone is so helpful from booking massage or arranging a taxi or taking my washing and returning it smelling incredible .. my room was cleaned and made fresh every day .. banana pancakes for breakfast or noodles and fresh fruit or eggs ..there is quite a few options .the air conditioning in the room is sooo quite and works very well I couldn’t of asked for more. the locals around the area are so smiley and lovely .. traveling on my own I can truly say I felt 100% safe the whole time .. beautiful place, full of beautiful people . Thankyou again for having me Xxx

Had a great time staying here with my friend for a few nights. It’s a quick scooter ride into central Ubud and there’s nice cafes/restaurants close by in walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool was lovely too!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel in my whole life. I had just made the famous silver rings, and the next day left it at my room because we were going to several waterfalls so I didn’t want to wear mine. When I came back to my room later that day, the room had been clearly cleaned and my ring had simply disappeared from where I left it. I turned the place upside down, all my bags to be sure if wasn’t anywhere before I went to the management. They did absolutely NOTHING and were f**** rude. Worst hotel EVER.

Been to Kailash for the second time now and we had another wonderful stay. Great staff, beautiful rooms, and a large pool. Additionally, it's quick to get to the center of Ubud but still have peace and relaxation. I highly recommend it.
