The staff was friendly and nice. But they did not do as they promised. I had an emergency that I need to cancel the next reservation, I tried to request from the agent, however it is denied, but when I try to speak to the manager, they promised that they would approve to cancel the booking however when i check with the agent, they said it is not approved by the hotel!
If the hotel inform that it would not be approve, I would not comment this too. But when they commit to the guest, and they are unable to fulfill the request. I don’t think this is the service should be provided.

This place looks nothing like it does in the images. Granted the receptionist offered to show me a different room but the general look of the place told me it would all be the same. I do not know how old the pictures are that they have on there. The bathroom also had a really bad smell. I left immediately. I just asked for my deposit didn’t even have the energy to go through the process of speaking to a manager etc

Very convenient locations easy for ***** transportations moving around everywhere. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great facilities for this price. Excellent place. Clean room, friendly staffs and helpful

Terribly dirty rooms. The window in the toilet overlooks the stinking water and thickets. There is no closet to put your things. The room is for 1 day maximum.

The rooms are very small for the pool view but that's ok and comfortable. But careful crabs crawl along the washroom so do not sit longer in the washroom. The pool is super fantastic and a very nice view to enjoy in the evening with a cup of Tea ☕. Parking is spacious for a car though it's on the Main road 🛣️. Service is super fantastic they are always available if you need anything. I had also asked for an extra blanket. Soap and Shampoo 🧴 is provided We booked with breakfast but there was no breakfast available there However they do provide Hot Tea without Milk, ☕ Hot Coffee, Hot Water to drink.
