Great place for a couple or group of friends. Not so suitable for families with kids. Akar restaurant is top and even the kids enjoyed the performance. The spa is overpriced.

The villa is as shown in the picture. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a villa no.9 which is quite far from the jungle club so we aren't getting disturbed by the party that was held every weekend. There is shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud downtown around 5-6 times per day. They have 1 restaurant and 1 club. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The club is open for lunch, dinner and night party. But the club only has the starter and side dish menu, no main course. But you can order in-room dining to your villa. The spa and yoga class is very good also. Yoga class is free at 7 am. In summary this place is wonderful with an acceptable price.

The cleanliness is still very good. Although the hotel has some mosquito coils, there are still small bugs, but the overall experience is still very good. The staff is super nice.

Jungle secret place ~ Quiet and relaxing. Encountering yoga class is great! Breakfast is great! A la carte, big breakfast includes a lot! Pancakes are delicious🤤 You can try more. The juice is freshly squeezed and can be eaten as brunch. It's very filling~^_^

The hotel is very good in terms of environment, service and food. We stayed in a 3-bedroom rice field room. The hotel has a distinct sense of wild luxury and the gym faces the forest. The only thing is that the road to Ubud is heavily congested.

Very satisfied with this hotel. We checked in early in the morning. And it was raining. The hotel helped with the luggage and held an umbrella for us. Check-in was smooth. The shuttle bus took us to the room, which was beautiful. I had read in a book that the water quality in Bali was very bad. I bought a filter nozzle and it was a complete waste of worry. The water quality was fine. There was enough mineral water in the room. I thought there must be a lot of geckos in the open living room and kitchen. I didn't see any. It was very clean. I gave a tip to the cleaning guy. I really felt that he cleaned very carefully. We needed washing machine liquid. The guy also prepared it for us.

The environment is nice and the swimming pool in the jungle is beautiful. But the service is good and bad. First of all, we booked it for a friend's birthday. There were three of us. The room type we liked to hold a party was said to only allow two people to stay. We planned to check in with two people, and one of us would go out to play and then look at changing hotels. However, the front desk did not allow our other friend to go in. If we went in, we had to add 20W (about 800-900) to short stay. And the front desk manager, a man named Yoga, told us about this. His attitude made us feel very unfriendly. After we made it clear that he looked fierce, he showed a sign saying that it was okay, I just called this name and you can complain...😑😑😑I don't know why this restriction is unreasonable. It doesn't seem flexible, or simply said that it can be used as an extra bed price. I don't know what the hotel is doing. There was some sense of ceremony for the birthday. The bed was designed with a birthday design, but the name was written wrong on the birthday card. The restaurant gave a Haidilao-style Indonesian atmosphere group and a free cake, but the taste of the dishes was average. Five or six dishes cost 1,200 RMB. However, our butler was quite nice, and other staff members were always warm and smiling, which made up for some of the points. There are still many small complaints, I am too lazy to write them, which offset the good hotel scenery. Anyway, we probably won't go there again next time we go on vacation. It was mainly because of the unfriendly feeling at the beginning that made people feel uncomfortable😑😑😑

The spa, the rose petal bath is really amazing, the snacks and drinks are also good, but other aspects such as the techniques need to be improved, and there may be some communication problems. 3. Breakfast, the a la carte style is good, but the menu is more Western-style and has local characteristics. It’s not obvious. There’s nothing to order except steak for dinner. After two days, I got a little tired of it. Of course, the shortcomings are not to be outweighed. These shortcomings are still acceptable for the overall performance of the hotel. Finally, I would like to make some suggestions, since it is aimed at family vacations. For a villa hotel, it is recommended that the minibar drinks in the refrigerator in the villa are free for the first round or included in the room price. When I entered and drank 2 bottles of sparkling water on a hot day, the bill the next day was 130,000 Indonesian rupiah, which made the guests feel that the price/performance ratio was a bit low. Of course, this may be the hotel's strategy. After all, the current room prices are still competitive. It may be a strategy to attract customers at low room prices, and then the in-store consumption will be relatively high. Finally, it is recommended that friends stay at the weekend, and the hotel pool activities become The pub and DJ are quite exciting. Guests staying at the hotel are exempted from the entrance fee of 300,000 dong~
