The location is great with nice view however the room is super rundown with no AC in the room at all. The only plus point of this hotel is the view of the mount batur and the lake are right in front of your room. I would never return to this place again.

The rooms smelt like sewer constantly, so we left the balcony door open constantly. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, sink was clogged, there was mold and stains everywhere.
The view was magnificent though and the food, especially the fish, very good.
