room was good and affordable but the cleanliness is so so

The location is ok. The room is spacious, but the bathroom accessories are outdated, and the bedsheets had a yellowish tint. One day, there was no housekeeping service for my room when I returned to the hotel after a day tour, nobody came even after I called the reception for cleaning. We requested the breakfast box for 6 a.m. due to an early day trip, but it wasn’t ready, and the receptionist appeared half-asleep and unresponsive.

I love the way they always smile and support us and so polite to guests. Thank you so much 😍

Need more privacy, couple attempts where janitor came to our room while we were in side doing our own business

The hotel is pretty big and the room also spacious but the room is very dirty and old. So many stains in the sofa, toilets and door The bathroom door cannot be close The water in bathtub is not even warm The breakfast is so disappointing super limited choice and limited amount

It is ok for stay, but need to improve for forum.

Generally all is ok. But the toilet needed some maintenance, the light not working, the bidet was splashing and some more few issues.

Great price, it's ok for 1 night stay. A bit dirty everywhere, especially the pool, but overal it's ok since the low price.

You get what you pay for. There are cockroaches in the room, the toilet seat is broken, the toilet paper can't be flushed down, it looks a bit old and dirty. It looks good for taking pictures. The room is big and the service is OK. The swimming pool is OK, but it seems that it is not very clear after swimming for a while... I booked a king-size bed room, but the full room was given twin beds. To be honest, if you have a higher budget, go to a resort. [The most strange thing is] When I was eating in the hotel restaurant, why did the waiter keep taking pictures of me with his mobile phone? And he didn't ask for my consent...
